The spacious bathroom offers a tub and shower, complete with luxurious PAYA products to elevate your stay. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen or simply relax in the impeccably designed living area, featuring classic mid-century modern decor. Enjoy year-round comfort with window air conditioning units, plus portable heaters and fans for a customized experience.
**Parking: Assigned parking space in the building (additional fee will apply).
**Sleeping arrangements: King bed with premium bedding and pillow options.
**Bathroom: Spacious bath with tub and shower, stocked with luxurious PAYA products.
**Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.

Transportation is simple and convenient from this prime location. With a private parking spot in the building’s garage, exploring LA by car is stress-free. Prefer public transit? The Hollywood/Highland Metro station is nearby, offering easy access to Universal Studios, Downtown LA, and more. Rideshare services are readily available, and many attractions are within walking distance, making this the ideal location to experience the best of Hollywood.

By proceeding with this booking or inquiry, please acknowledge that any confirmation received is conditional and subject to cancellation by the Host and/or Landlord unless the following conditions are met:
**The Guest must pay the required Security Deposit. The Security Deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, subject to deductions for any damages. This deposit must be paid directly to the Landlord at booking confirmation, and will be returned by the Landlord after move-out. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**The Guest must sign the lease agreement directly with the Host and/or Landlord and accept all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**The Guest must successfully complete an Identification Verification process as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**The Guest must successfully complete an application process, which includes a credit and background check, as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**Pets are welcomed! There will be an additional $500 Refundable Pet Deposit, and $2.16 per pet per night rent payments.
Failure to fulfill these conditions may result in the cancellation of the booking without liability to the Host or Landlord.
