Esta es tu oportunidad de alquilar un ático exclusivo con una terraza privada única e impresionante (79 m²). Imagina cenar bajo las estrellas en la mesa de teca, con la suave brisa del mar acariciando tu piel. La barbacoa de gas te espera para tus aventuras culinarias, perfecta para crear comidas inolvidables. Durante el día, relájate en el acogedor salón exterior, toma el sol en las tumbonas y disfruta de un aperitivo por la tarde. Los dos dormitorios, cada uno con edredones y vestidores extra grandes, ofrecen un santuario de tranquilidad. Los acabados de lujo, que incluyen azulejos de mármol travertino y encimeras de granito, añaden un toque de elegancia. Con 98 m² de espacio, este ático puede alojar cómodamente hasta 5 invitados. Un ascensor (5 pisos) y un tramo de escaleras te llevan a nuestra fabulosa terraza. La televisión por satélite en cada habitación, el Wi-Fi y una lavadora/secadora (nueva en mayo de 2023) están incluidos. Una piscina y una segunda barbacoa están disponibles en un área común bien amueblada, con estacionamiento cubierto y seguridad las 24 horas, en el mejor barrio de la ciudad.

Wonderful Skyline Views and Tranquility

Condo was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The outside deck space just has to be seen to appreciate it — so peaceful in the morning and evening hours and a great location to dine or sunbathe as well.

Beautiful Stay in La Paz

We had a beautiful stay. The outdoor living space was the reason we booked. The views were amazing. The kitchen could have been more stocked. I felt a few more reusable containers could have been nice to pack coolers to the beach but the excess beach supplies were fantastic! Chairs, umbrella, and a cooler.were awesome.

Amazing terrace and views from this great penthouse

The penthouse has spectacular views over La Paz and the Sea of Cortez from everywhere including the shower. Very comfortable and well equipped and has an enormous terrace. We had a great time there and highly recommend it.

Better than expected

The space was clean and bright. Cooking untensils were mostly in great shape. The amenities for the guests were quality. The privacy and view were better than the pictures show. Too bad the common area like the pool wasn’t as well kept. We would stay there again.

Rest and relax

We came to relax. It place was wonderful. Viiri was the best. She was great to ask questions to before and during our stay. The town was exactly what we were looking for. The people of La Paz were amazing. The food was great. We really enjoyed out time! Thanks S & S

What more can I say then we just “ Loved it”. Spent four days in this beautiful penthouse condo overlooking the town of La Paz. Great views off the large deck with spacious bedrooms and large kitchen. You will not be disappointed with your stay. Thank you again Steve and Sophie for a fantastic stay and more great memories. Stylish front row seat over La Paz

Huge view, spacious terrace, clean modern interior with lots of beautifully crafted cabinetry and two comfortable bedroom suites situated on opposite sides of the kitchen/living area. Designed with privacy and outdoor living in mind, and that includes the front row seat of La Paz and the outlying sea and mountains. A unique property at a surprisingly affordable price, shared by a couple whose stylish and generous spirit is exhibited throughout. And thank you, Vivi, for guiding us in our stay.

Really nice! Beautiful sunset and view of the bay!

Great location near the marina Palmilla! Comfy master bed and large guest beds, plus a sofa that my daughter preferred using. We enjoyed barbecuing dinners on the deck after a full day diving. We also enjoyed going to town for dinner at Bismark. Condo is well appointed, but could use a bigger coffee machine and a blender. Otherwise, it had everything we needed. Close to town and to Phocea dive shop at the marina. /

Ginormous patio and epic view

We felt like we were on Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous (for those old enough to remember that show). The place was gorgeous with incredible windows and the hugest patio that I have ever seen that looked over all of La Paz and the ocean. There were even ocean views from the shower and toilet. It was a great stay for our family of 4 (2 teenagers) - well laid out space, helpful communications, easy check in, and safe and secure. Thanks to our hosts! We really enjoyed La Paz and highly recommend Harker Board Co as an eating spot if you like craft beer and a great diversity of delicious food.

Wonderful

We rented this property in celebration of our 50th Wedding Anniversary. A special treat for us. We were not disappointed. The view is just stunning. We found it irresistible and spent most of stay on the deck soaking it in. The apartment itself was clean and well appointed. Good beds with nice linens etc. The storage for personal effects was astounding! The property manager was wonderful. Our only regret is that we only booked 3 days. It was very hard to leave! Thank you Steve and Sophie for sharing your lovely eagles nest with us!

The location is perfect and safe. The view is spectacular and it has the most beautiful sunset view. The person in charge was always available via phone but did not get to meet her; her daughter greeted us instead. The place was spacious, had A/C and the terrace was very spacious. There’s a community pool, but seemed like it hadn’t been clean for a couple of days when we got there. The only thing we had issues with was the tv in the small room, we couldn’t figure it out. Overall our stay was pleasant and met our expectations.

All in all a fun time. Condo was mostly as described. Great terrace, bed, kitchen, blinds, AC, fans. For a full picture please read all of the reviews as there is either a building or condo issue that repeats regarding no water, no Wifi, and other issues. Our building manager was extremely helpful, and we appreciated all of his help with our particular issues that we encountered in our 4 days. The parking spot is not covered and a large jeep vehicle pulled in one day ahead of our space as it’s tandem parking. We chose to park on the street as we didn’t know who it belonged to, nor did the building manager. We recommend the condo as it’s got some really nice features.

A taste of the Good Life

Oh how we wish we could have stayed longer... forever maybe!?! Obviously the best part of this condo itself is the terrace. We could easily get used to living like this... in fact everyone should have a terrace like this wherever they live. But it’s not just the terrace, the entire penthouse offers an unparalleled level of creature comfort. The master bedroom and bath scream luxury. Can’t say we’ve ever had a shower quite so spectacular. The king size bed is especially comfy and the panoramic view... well you just have to see it for yourself. Amazing views, even at night. On a side note, whoever built/designed this place definitely has a knack on how to use every nook and cranny. The use of and amount of storage is mind boggling. So yes staying in the MPH1 gave us a taste of the good life, we understand why many others have written that they felt “privileged” staying here. It’s true, the experience really can’t be better described.

Was exactly what we expected and more!

Stayed at MPH1 from May 2nd-7th and cannot wait to get back! Wishing our stay was longer. The condo was beautiful, and well kept with a private terrace that gave the ultimate vacation experience! The views were spectacular, and the interior was beautifully done with everything we needed giving a total feeling of being right at home. We felt very safe and secure at the complex and my daughter loved the pool area. We were very pleased with the location being so close to everything we needed and wanted to do. La Paz is now our favorite part of Mexico, the people there and the authenticity makes it wonderful! We did a couple trips by bus to Playa Balandra which was spectacular and I have never experienced a beach like this in Mexico! We did a snorkeling with the sea lions tour which was so very memorable and my daughter had one of the best days of her life doing this. Arturo was our go to guy and even picked us up from the bus terminal, providing us with all the assistance we needed during our stay. There is not one negative thing about this rental, and we have stayed at many! MPH1 is on the top of our list and again, we will be back...hopefully for a longer stay next time! Thanks kindly Steve & Sophie for providing my daughter and I with such an amazing stay in La Paz! Cheers to you both!

Beware your Credit Card

Briefly - Beautiful view but owners must think that renters must pay for all their maintenance. We had a number of issues that inconvenienced us, such as pipes bursting in 2nd bathroom which meant we couldn't use for 2 days and door handle breaking off. In addition, the water pressure and hot water was terrible and resulted in a plugged toilet. All these resulted in an extra bill to my credit card to cover costs and labor. Not to mention, charging me for paint for a wine stain and we didn't even have wine or anything red in the unit. I wrote a response to them and have heard nothing. So, as my review title says, watch your credit card because these owners want their renters to cover everything, including use and wear and tear. Also to note, no remotes for DVD or TV in Second bedroom so these didn't work and be sure to duck because of the nails in spare bedroom bunkbed.
