The neighborhood offers a peaceful residential feel while still being close to everything that brings visitors to Durham.

Guests have full private access to the entire upstairs apartment.

Emily was extremely communicative, both in answering all my questions and responding quickly. She even got an air mattress for us as we needed one more something to sleep on. She knew we were having a problem with VRBO messing up our reservation, with short time for us to find a new location, and she went above and beyond to help us find our place. She was fantastic!
