Welcome to Our Marvelous paradise home located in the Heart of Wellington. Indulge in the fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen, designed to meet all your culinary needs. You can bring your boat, RV or horse trailer.

The living room features a sectional with a 86-inch TV, providing a spacious seating area for the whole family to relax. This central gathering space creates a welcoming atmosphere for gathering and entertaining. Adjacent to the living room the spacious dining room , perfect for hosting memorable meals with family and friends.
*Bedroom and Bathroom*
The house features 6 BDRMs/ 7.5 BTH, each designed to provide comfort and elegance. The master bedroom boasts elegant furnishings, a king-sized bed, a 110-inch screen and smart projector, and a modern cozy bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. It also includes a spacious closet to store your belongings. The Four other bedrooms offer queen-sized beds with each having their own closet. Fifth bedroom has king size bed.
The property features 7 bathrooms, equipped with tubs and showers, and fully stocked with towels and essential toiletries. Every detail has been carefully crafted to provide a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests. In living room located half bathroom. Outside in a patio full bathroom with shower. Also we have 2 showers outside near pool, to clean dogs, kids and yourself after running around.

The outdoor space of this property is an oasis for embracing outdoor living. The spacious 2 acres backyard allows for outdoor activities and cherished moments with loved ones. The crystal blue pool 20/45 provide a serene environment to relax and unwind. Enjoy romantic dining in the elegant outdoor setting, complete with a BBQ grill and firepit for unforgettable evenings. Sauna for 6 people. Firepit area. Outside movie. Koi fishing pond. Garden with many fruit trees.

Take a day off to relax and recharge. We understand that you have a lot of work to do but just give yourself some time to chill and enjoy and for that we have games for you!

POOL HEATING: The pool will be heated to 80 degrees and anything over that will incur a $20
per day charge. It is guest responsibility to notify host if the pool water level goes below the
skimmer in the pool. This happens when the pool temperature is warm, and water evaporates.
When this happens, the pool must be filled with the provided water hose . If the pool water
remains below the skimmer the Pool Pump will suck air and the Pool Pump Motor can burn out.
When the Pool Pump cannot run the Pool Heater cannot run. Host controls the Pool Equipment
Remotely so please DO NOT touch pool equipment (pump or heater). Kindly communicate to host if there are any issues with the Pool immediately so that host can address them.
***MINIMUM $150 FEE IF AFTER 11AM CHECK-OUT WAS NOT FOLLOWED OR INFORMED TO THE HOST**
* Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.
* NO playing or using the playground after 10 p.m.
* No daily cleaning services. Please check the online Tourist Portal for additional
services available.
* All TVs are ROKU (smart TVs) for online streaming. No Cable.

* No marijuana

While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying.

1. Internationally recognized World Equestrian capital.
Over the years, the city has acquired the designation “Winter Equestrian Capital of the World.”, but in several recent years we became the center of World Horse life. As a spectator, you have several months to check out the Winter Equestrian Festivals, which run from November to April. Events include show jumping, hunting (similar to jumping), dressage (similar to hunting), and polo. The epicenter of Wellington polo is the International Polo Club, which is notable because the main stadium — at a capacity of 1,640 — is the largest of its kind in the U.S. If you have children who are into horses, bring them to a match as a culture break from screen time. So far, we have 3 biggest polo stadiums.

Speaking of kids — the safest town, most of A schools.

One hour without traffic to dangerous Miami, two hours to Orlando parks, one hour to crazy Fort Lauderdale, thirty minutes to sporty Jupiter.
