Step into a bright, open-concept living space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together seamlessly. You'll find plenty of seating for everyone, while the kids (and kids at heart) can enjoy the nearby air hockey table and a collection of board games.

You'll adore preparing meals in the stunning kitchen, a feature previous guests have absolutely loved. The home features two comfortable bedrooms.

First-Floor Bedroom: Conveniently tucked away from the main activities for a peaceful retreat.
Upstairs Bedroom: A cozy space located on the second floor.

Layout Note: Please be aware that the home's only bathroom is located on the main level. Guests staying in the upstairs bedroom will need to use the stairs to access the bathroom.

There is limited cell service in this area. AT&T customers have better service, but none for Verizon.

Noise Monitoring: This home is equipped with two NoiseAware devices (one inside, one outside) to help us be great neighbors. These privacy-safe devices do not record audio; they simply monitor decibel levels. If noise reaches a disruptive level, you may receive a courtesy message asking you to reduce the volume.

Winter Stays: We have a professional plow service to clear the driveway after a storm passes. For your safety and convenience, a snow shovel and a bucket of salt are available in the entryway if you notice any slippery steps. After a storm, we may message you to kindly request that you move your vehicles, allowing the plow driver to fully clear the driveway for the remainder of your stay.

The home is located across the street from a retired cotton mill and nearby treatment facility.
