Battersea Park - fully equipped 4-bed house with garden in the heart of London.
Located in London's buzzing Battersea, enjoy all the comforts of home as a base to explore incredible London.
The property is our family home, rented only for a few weeks each year.
It features 3 full bedrooms - 1 with a super king bed and 2 with double beds - perfect for a family or group of friends. The 4th bedroom is small, and is used as an office but includes a sofa bed.
Comfortable living room with large sofa, arm chairs and large tv.
Dining room with seating for 8+.
Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.
Lovely private patio garden with covered outdoor sofa as well as a Weber BBQ, dining table and chairs.
There are 2 large bathrooms - one with a wonderful bath & shower, and one with a large modern waterfall shower (also with hand attachment). Each bathroom contains 2 sinks. The shower room includes washing machine, dryer, and drying rack.
With amenities including heating, hair dryers, WiFi, and air conditioning (in the master bedroom) guests can feel right at home.
The location is wonderful - a 5-minute walk to Battersea Park, 10-minute walk to Kings Road in Chelsea, the vibrant Battersea Power Station, or Clapham Junction, and 30 minutes by bus or train to London's tourist spots and theatre district.
