The condo was just so precious and the perfect size for me and my little family. It was stocked with everything you need for a stay away from home and a great beach trip. Bill and Susan, were great with communicating before our stay and during. In the future I hope we are able to stay here again.

Perfect family vacation

Perfect for family vacation

Condo was clean and had plenty of room. Everyone having their own space (and bathroom) really makes traveling with the family less stressful. The views were amazing from every room The staff at the resort was so friendly and helpful.Only thing, i would wait until 5pm to check in to let the rush clear out.

Loved it! Two huge master suites with king beds and another bedroom with a queen bed and two bunk beds provided plenty of space for our family and friends! The water park was a huge hit with the kids (splash pads, lazy river, several pools and a hot tub!) and being able to enjoy it in the sun and shade was great for the younger and older adults. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit!

Perfect beach getaway

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. There was more than enough room for 4 adults and six kids who all loved the pools and the beach. The owner was prompt with responses to any questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great for families. Will definitely be back!

The property was amazing! The kids had fun during our entire stay. It’s right on the beach and even comes with a couple beach chairs. The pools and hot tub were nice and the splash pad was great for the younger kids to play on. We will definitely be back during warmer weather.

We have been coming to PCB for over 40 years. We love it down here. We rented for a long time until we decided to take the plunge and buy a place. Our home base is Tennessee. The contrast between the two locales is great. You come down often enough and you may do the same! Thanks for looking at our place!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose the Splash Resorts for two main reasons: Location & World Class Facility

Splash is in the middle of things but close enough to the edge that you can miss the traffic when you need to drive somewhere. You are close to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. City Pier, Shipwreck Water Park and practically every good restaurant are five minutes away.

The second reason is the facility itself. There is something for young and old alike. The arcade and water park for the kids is first class. They can even shop Alvin's Island without leaving the grounds. The fitness and work out center is top notch. Where else can you workout while gazing at the ocean? The pools are large and roomy and the lazy river is my favorite.
