Luxury holiday apartment, has all you need for a great holiday. Armacao de Pera is set half way between Albufeira and Carvoeiro. Central Algarve has many famous golf courses and beautiful beaches.
The new Algarve shopping centre has over 140 shops , and ten pin bowling, cinema and restaurants.
In 2009 the town had major improvements, with the whole beach front being pedestrianized, with new lighting fountains and seating area's.

Nice spacious apartment. Beautifully kept complex. A short walk to the beach. We only tried using the direct access to the beach once but because of limited mobility it was very difficult.

Great place!

The apartment is spacious and clean and very well located. There were lots of accessories for the beach and toys for children and it made our stay even more enjoyable. Would recommand.

Excellent apartment in an excellent location

Very nice, fully equiped apartment in a very priveliged location. A better location is almost not possible. You step out the building and are directly at the beach. We enjoyed our stay ver much.

Excellent stay!

The property is fully stocked and has plenty of room. Private access to the beach was very convenient. Easy walk into town for lunch or dinner. Excellent location for exploring the Algarve and then coming back for some late afternoon beach time. We will definitely recommend this apartment and if we are back in the Algarve it will be our first choice.

Lovely large apartment in a fantastic location. Nearest restaurant is an Indian (which is very reasonably priced and very nice indeed), which is only a 60 second walk away.The pool area was never too busy and often we would have it to ourselves for a half hour period. There were always loungers free.There is a lovely path to the rear of the apartments that goes down to the see via some steps. One word of caution, if anyone is disabled or elderly , the may struggle with the last step onto the beach. The beach was beautiful with a lovely restaurant on it, right next to the steps you come down. If you decide to stay in on any given night, you have everything you need in the kitchen, and the fridge and freezer keep everything ice cold.The owner was fabulous, and answered any queries we had very quickly.Overall highly recommended and will very likely be back for another visit, if Diane would be kind enough to accept us. Thanks for a lovely holiday Diane.

Beautiful beach and cafes on your doorstep.

We are just back from a great holiday at Clube Nautilus. This was the best beach holiday we ever had. I didn't think we could just be in one place all the time as we normally like to travel. It was such a relaxing holiday. Great apartment with fully fitted kitchen and laundry facilities, two large bathrooms and two large comfortable bedrooms and all fully air-conditioned. The open plan sitting area has digital tv equipped with cd, dvd, books, games beach chairs and umbrellas. Its easy walking to the village and you can fall out of bed and enjoy the warm community pool which is equipped with free wifi. We had 4 adults and one child in our group. The uncrowded beach is accessed through the gardens and coded private gate and then down some steps. The beach bars are really tranquil when you want to have some quite time at the end of the day overlooking the sea and enjoying the cooling breezes .There are lots of markets selling leathers and trinkets in the evening. No matter what the time of day or night, it is safe and completely free of louts. We didn't need a car and there was plenty of good restaurants to accommodate all tastes within easy walking distance. We all had a great time and would highly recommend this apartment. Lavelle Family Dublin

Un apartamento amplio para 4 personas. Hemos ido matrimonio con 2 niñas de 11 años. Muy bien ubicado, limpio y con camas cómodas. Aire acondicionado en las 2 habitaciones y en el salón, aunque durante nuestra estancia estaba estropeado. Tiene todo lo necesario y está muy bien ubicado. Buena piscina y acceso rápido a la playa. Comunicación rápida con Diane. Volveré encantado. Como única pega el wifi, que en el apartamento no hay, por lo demás muy bien

so good we booked again

the apartment was very clean fresh and bright. Two good size bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lovely kitchen, like home from home with all the essential appliances, but also washing machine and dish washer. The apartment has a beautiful pool, we never had any problems getting sunbeds. The beach is a 2 minute stroll away, with beach restaurants bars etc. The selection of restaurants was fabulous, everything within a stroll away. The apartment is within a 5 minute drive from Zoo Marine, which is a really good day out. Dolphin show, birds sea lions and also a swimming pool with flumes. Diane was a very easy lady to talk to and very informative.

my wife and I spent 2 weeks at the apartment with another couple and had a great time, weather excellent. Communications with Diane were good, she also arranging the taxi fares to and from the airport Portugal side. The apartment was spacious, clean and is actually better then the pictures suggest. We went during the holiday season for some of the locals but always managed to get sunbeds on the beach (price 29 euros for two per day). Beach was clean and sandy with 2 beach bars at our end which was good. The pool is nice, got busier later in the day, unfortunately you cannot eat or drink round it so we stayed at the beach mostly. The edge of the town is about a 5 minute stroll away, however there are plenty of bars and restaurants to visit and some of these will take a little longer. Would I recommend this apartment ? yes I would, a nice relaxing stay and would consider visiting again. Mr Robinson, Staffs.

recently returned home from portugal after a ten day stay at clube nautilus,already missing everything about it. the apartment was beautiful,very spacious,it had everything you could possibly need.home from home.i would recommend this apartment to families as everything was close and convenient, the beach is literally 5 mins walk.it had a nice safe feeling about it,and the evenings were lively with families walking around the endless shops outdoormarkets and street entertainers.the pool was lovely too! will definately return. .gail and family,york
