It’s easy to know you’ve arrived when you drive up - a 100 year White Oak stands sentry over the broad front lawn. Woo, Hoo, and Kazoo (our friendly “greet-frogs”…you’ll understand when you arrive) are waiting by the swing to greet our guests as they arrive. We utilize an electronic keypad for ease of entry, and we’ll send along info about the alarm and entertainment systems after you book.

Call us crazy, but we actually love the split-level layout. The spacious communal spaces are distinct but not isolated, and the private rooms are intimate. The kitchen is small but a joy to use, and we love that it is fully integrated with the main living space. It’s amazing how much home they packed into 2000 square feet. We’ve got an entertaining space on the huge back patio to take advantage of our consistently great weather, and with a mini Pickleball Court in the big backyard, the home provides a fantastic outdoor living experience.

We have fully equipped the kitchen and baths to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible - all you will need are your clothes and some groceries. We promise to make sure that everything is sanitized and proper for you and your pets.

AMENITIES

When we first saw the house, with its stately 100+ year old Oak in the front yard we knew it needed a good ole` fashioned swing hanging from its branches. Who knew it would be so popular that our own family would fight over taking turns and the neighbors would love it, too!

Our entry process is fully key-free, and with super-fast Google Fiber powering a couple of massive Samsung TVs and a 250V NEMA 14-50 outlet (no J1772 adapter on site) next to the driveway so you can fully charge (up to 50 amps for Level 2 charging) your EV (or there’s a Supercharger Station 3.2 miles away), our home tech should have you covered.

“Mom always says not to play ball in the house!” (Bobby Brady of the Brady Bunch), so we added fun amenities like a mini Pickleball Court to keep your smash-game sharp, a huge grassed back yard, a shady hammock for napping under the oaks, a stone fire pit patio in front of the cozy she-shed provides a relaxing atmosphere, outdoor living at a higher level at the brick courtyard - sip cocktails at the seat wall and couches surrounding a linear fire pit, or share a plated meal fresh off the grill, and of course finding that feet-kicking rhythm on the old-fashioned swing as you soar to the stars under the front yard oak tree. We look forward to hosting whatever brings you to our fantastic area - be there or be square!

We`ve personally slept in a lot of short term rentals and know how important it is to have a good nights rest. To ensure our guests have an amazing night of sleep, we`ve equipped all of our bedrooms with Cooling Comfort Support Mattresses as well as Pillows, fluffy Duvet Covers, and Extra Thick Pillowtop Mattress Covers that are all Down Alternative Bedding. Then we`ve covered them with 100% Extra Long Staple Egyptian Cotton Sheets, which provides a softer, finer difference. Exceptionally made from 1000 thread count and lustrous sateen weave, our Egyptian cotton sheets are the softest and most luxurious bedding you’ll sleep on.

After a good nights rest, enjoy the bath products - Apotheke Shampoo, Conditioner and Bath Gel. They are made with plant based ingredients and offer a fresh, calming scent of eucalyptus, crisp bergamot and chamomile.
