¡Nuestra escapada al país es perfecta para quienes buscan salir de la ciudad y regresar a la naturaleza para una estadía corta o prolongada! Disfrute de un pequeño paraíso invernal en el campo y sea parte de todo. Te encantará nuestra ubicación, cocina completa, acceso a la fogata, internet wifi, TV de 40 ", baño de tres piezas, instalaciones de lavandería y más. Cabina no tiene lago o la piscina.

Ubicado a unos 50 min. desde toronto, 30 min de barrie.

Ubicado casi en el medio de la nada y, sin embargo, a solo 10 min. desde la carretera 400, nuestro espacio te permite alejarte de todo mientras estás cerca de todo lo que necesitas. El espacio es una cabaña de concepto abierto con cocina completa, una cama doble con acolchado de espuma de memoria y dos sofás cama extraíbles, todo en un ambiente relajante y una gran vista sobre el pintoresco Holland Marsh. La cocina incluye refrigerador grande, estufa, ollas, sartén y más todo lo necesario para cocinar. Tenga en cuenta que la cabina no es por un lago o río y no tiene una piscina o en otra área para nadar.

Disfrute de nuestro servicio de lavandería y lavadero de tres piezas, recientemente agregado y renovado. El baño cuenta con una ducha de vidrio de 36 "con nicho incorporado, inodoro, tocador y espejo iluminado con altavoz Bluetooth integrado. De acuerdo con el tema "verde" de nuestra propiedad y dándole un toque rústico elegante, presentamos nuestro propio tablero de granero (tomado de nuestro proyecto de renovación de granero de hace unos años) y paneles de madera recuperados adquiridos en una casa que está siendo demolida.

Fantastic home and location out in the country. So peaceful and picturesque! The home had everything we needed and it was clean and in good condition. The hosts were very quick to respond, although minimal communication was required as everything was covered in the documentation and QR codes provided. Highly recommend!

Peaceful retreat

We had a lovely stay! Every little convenience and detail of the whole cabin was so well thought out and cozy. My eldest daughter said it was her dream home. Lovely views out of the large windows, wild turkeys in the fields, birds singing, beautifully maintained gardens and property. Everything was perfect

Amazing Stay

I just stayed for an entire week at this property and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The check in instruction were clear and when I asked for the door code, I was provided it within minutes. The property is set back from the road making it very peaceful and private. The house was modern and everything you need during your stay. The only negative I found was how cold the kitchen area was in the morning. I know it was very cold the week I was staying, but it would be very nice if that area of the house could be better insulated. Every other area of the house was warm and I did not have any issues. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area!

beautiful, quiet, private, well-equipped in the country

Comfortable bed, private space, well-equipped kitchen in the country, all the amenities I needed, tv, wifi. Fire pit and bbq area outside, beautiful flower garden and sunflowers nearby. Walking trails and fields outside the front door. Not the owners fault, but never received full checkin instructions from vrbo, just kept receiving info about downloading app. Would have preferred email contact from vrbo re particulars about checkin, etc.

A bucolic farm

A very peaceful and beautiful farm, close enough to things you may want to see but sufficiently away from it all to be a peaceful refuge after a day of sightseeing (if that's what you're doing). The cabin is well appointed and larger than it seems from the pictures. Highly recommended. As a side note to astronomers, the area boasts dark skies, but alas on our trip the seeing was shot due to wildfire smoke from Quebec. Do bring your telescope once those fires are out and take advantage of some very good dark skies.

Fantastic place for focus and peace

I booked the cabin as a get-away to be able to focus on writing a paper with breaks walking in the woods. The cabin was perfect, very clean, beautiful fields and woods all around, very easy to get to from Toronto. I cooked dinner and everything was there that I needed. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous and I felt very safe and peaceful. I highly recommend for a weekend getaway for one or two people. The one thing to mention is that it is not in the middle of nowhere, the farm house and barn are a short distance away, and there are other people on the property, but I think that helped me to feel safe. I hope to return for similar solo retreats in the future! Thanks Thom.

Beautiful grounds

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in October 2022. The cabin is perfect for 2..clean and all amenities you need. The property is beautiful and walking is great!

Fabulous Fermanagh Farm

What a beautiful and peaceful place this is. We booked it to escape a reno, but we will return for weekend getaways. Our two dogs loved it also. Schomberg is very close and what a charming town that is. It was a great escape to the country.

Weekend Getaway

I was looking for a spot to stay during a weekend getaway and found the cabin to be perfect for this. It’s only a 30 minute drive from the nearest subway station which you can then take into Toronto if that’s your aim. The cabin and property itself were very scenic and looked great with snow on the ground. I also felt I was given the privacy I was looking for on my trip.

Amazing Get Away!

This trip was for my Wife's birthday and she wanted to go out of the city with all of us. The place was surreal! We were lucky enough to see the place covered in beautiful snow! The cabin is far enough that you have privacy. It was clean and had all the essentials you need. They have boardgames as well. The Trail at back was awesome a gem to have tranquil walks. The owners of the place were easy to talk to and polite enough to give privacy while we were in the cabin. They were very accommodating and were upfront about the pet rules that it was easy to follow. I will recommend and will also return, it was that nice!!! Thank You!!!

It was nice but not as advertised.

I was supprised and dissapointed that the cabin was practically in the owners backyard, approx 120 ft which was not at all as advertised. There was no privacy. Furthermore they run events like weddings/camping trips right beside the cabin. During our 2 week stay, there were 2 weddings right outside our windows which made us feel like fish in a fishtank. For those days, we had to close out blinds and lock ourselfs in for privacy and to avoid awkward situations. To add to this, in preperation for the event, there was a lot of activity around us such as lawn mowers going about and people running back and forth setting up tables and chairs. Also we were told that there were trails nearby, but in reality there was no such trails. So there was no possiblity of going for walks. Overall, it was a nice experience but not as advertised.

Quite and Relaxing GetAway

Absolutely perfect place to go if you need to decompress or just relax, the property is very well kept, clean, new appliances, reliable internet, and a very nice property owner. Everything listed was available to us during our stay; property was very easy to find, check in, and even has a small town not far for groceries, restaurants etc I think if we were to find any downsides would be that I wish the main AC unit was working during the summer, as the small unit could barely keep up during the day but other then that we had a very pleasant stay and will be back!

Great property and location!

This is a well-kept cottage with beautiful walking trails. It was relaxing and quiet. The short drive from the GTA was very convenient, and made a great weekend getaway. Thom was a welcoming host. We'll definitely go back!

Great Stay

Clean, cozy cabin where you don't have to travel very far up north. It was the perfect getaway from all the city noise for me and the girlfriend. The place had all the dishes, cups, silverware, and cooking pans to enjoy, as well as running water in the winter months. I would highly recommend
