Kim and her family were fabulous guests! Stayed for a family wedding in Ocean City New Jersey. Kim really went out of her way to really overly clean ha ha ha! Thank you so much, Kim! I couldn’t even tell anyone Stayed! Kim emptied all the small 5 gallon trash containers in each room and replaced all the liners!!! That was the first from a guest! Kim also vacuumed because there was no sand or any crumbs, etc. on the floor. Kim also stripped the bed and took all the linens and comforters and mattress pads and pillowcases all to the basement! Kim also had bath towels washed dried and folded on my folding table in the basement and some other items! Kim, you really went above and beyond. I did tell you that on the phone after you left. Thank you again Kim for doing all you did and caring so much! God bless and come again! I will make sure I give you a special deal! Great Stay in Somers Point

Rob was an incredible host and really took care of us. House was very clean and was welcoming to my dog as well. The location was perfect being around all the restaurants in SOPO all the while being within striking distance to the beaches in Ocean City. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Somers Point getaway

Had a great stay in the heart of Somers Point. The house was clean and perfect for our long weekend. It was in walking distance to every thing Somers Point has to offer. The host Robert was great. Very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great place to stay for a big group!

This house is bigger than it looks on the outside! We had a group of 18 friends stay here and it was PERFECT! We loved having a yard in the back to hangout and grill and there was plenty of space and beds for everyone to sleep! My favorite part about the house is the sunroom in the front of the house. Rob was amazing and super helpful the whole time! Thanks for letting us stay here :)

Enjoyed my stay

Great location and some amazing restaurants within short walking distance and beautiful views over by the marina. Area completely safe. The house is very clean and comfortable and has more than everything that you would need. Robert left the lights on as I arrived late which made the property easy to find and was appreciated. Robert treated me like a family member and communicated well. Best rental experience that I have had!!

Great Place!

We stayed from 7/31-8/5 and we were so glad to have found this little gem 1/2 a block from Egg Harbor Bay! It's in a great location as it's a short distance to Ocean City or any of the other beaches. Rob was a fantastic host and made sure all of our needs were met. From the fenced in backyard to all of the household items provided, this house has it all. We are already planning to book again next year. Thanks Rob for making our vacation that much better!!

Just what we needed

Rob did a great job having the house ready for us and communicating with us prior to and through check-in. He went out of his way to get some toys and games for my nieces and nephew which was really thoughtful! The house is in a great location with easy access to the beach. It was clean on arrival with all the towels and sheets we needed. Rob is very friendly, and he stopped by to check in on how we were settling into the place. Great place and great host!

The perfect stay.

We had such a great time at this property. Me my fiancé and my brother came up from Florida to visit family in the area. It’s in a beautiful historic neighborhood steps from the bay and Somers Point beach. The location is perfect there is so much to do and so close. The fully fenced in backyard was so nice for our pups to play and roam around in! The upstairs was like it’s own separate apartment with its own bathroom and kitchenette. My brother stayed up there which was great for him to feel like he had his own space and me and my fiancé had our own space. The host Robert was amazing! He made sure the place was super super clean, we knew where everything was, everything was stocked, we didn’t need anything. Thank you rob for your hospitality!! Fun fact: I found out later that years ago (before I was born) my mom and dad lived in the upstairs apartment! Small world ❤️. Thanks again rob!

Great House in Great Location

Stayed with family for long weekend. The house is literally in the center of everything in town. Rob the owner was super communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend you rent here when looking for a Jersey Shore vacation.

Family Vacation

We rented this house to go on a family vacation to NJ to Ocean City, Wildwood, and Cape May. The house is spacious and owner was very nice and had everything clean for us and provided linens. We had a wonderful experience and would rent again.

A lovely rental

The property was nice in location, quality, and price. The home was close to many good quality restaurants and ocean city. The owner was very accommodating but not overbearing. Me and my friends had a great time and may come back next year.

My name is Robert Yahnite. I am from Emporium Pennsylvania and moved to Atlantic City in 1981.
I worked at the Tropicana Hotel Casino in Atlantic CIty for 25 years in Table Games.

After my Casino Career, I started the Hilltop Lodge Dirt Bike & Quad Vacation Rental at My Families Second Home in Emporium Pennsylvania. I made Somers Point my Primary Residence and continued with Hilltop Lodge as a Vacation Rental Property.

* KENNEDY PARK" is a "Bluff" on the Great Egg Harbor Bay that is great for family reunions and get togethers! A Boat Launch is also available for a small price. Kennedy Park also has a Kid's Playground and Picnic Tables.

*The "GREAT BAY COUNTRY CLUB" (MEMBERS ONLY) is beautiful and challenging with views of Bay!
Course is known to be a FUN with FAST GREENS. The club also sponsors an LPGA TOURNAMENT each year. TEE TIMES are highly recommended as well.

* "BLUE WAVE SPA" also belongs to the "Great Bay Country Club, and is in the Clubs Racquet and Fitness Center.
