Whether you're visiting for a tournament at Grand Park, a weekend getaway, or a trip to the Northern Indianapolis area, this home has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every bedroom is designed with rest in mind, featuring blackout shades, sound machines, 55” TVs, and ultra-cozy beds with crisp white linens, plenty of extra pillows, and blankets. With two king beds, two twin beds, two queen beds, and a daybed, there’s plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably.

The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, stocked with all the essentials. A beautiful dining table comfortably seats eight, with additional seating at the island—perfect for gathering with family and friends. A full-size washer and dryer with detergent are also available, so you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your stay.

Upstairs, the loft area features two queen beds (sleeping four total) and plenty of room for kids to lounge, watch TV, or play games. Additionally, there's a flex space just off the front door (behind the white barn door) that serves as an extra living area, office, or workout space. This room will include a daybed for additional sleeping options, a stand-up desk for remote work, and open space to unwind. While it’s still being furnished (photos coming in the spring), it’s designed as a versatile area for work, play, or relaxation.

Outdoor Perks
Step outside and take advantage of the neighborhood’s paths, which connect to the Midland Trace Trail—perfect for walking or jogging. A neighborhood playground is right around the corner for little ones to enjoy. The front porch offers a cozy seating area, while the fully fenced backyard features a patio, ideal for relaxing or entertaining your group. A grill and patio furniture will be added in the spring to make outdoor gatherings even better!

Guest Access
Guests have access to the two-car garage and two additional spots in the driveway. Street parking is also permitted. Entry is hassle-free with a smart lock, making check-in a breeze.
