Cozy home in great location

We stayed here with colleagues for the Film Festival and it was cozy and fun and easily walkable to Main Street. Great hosts!

Excellent Stay

As a group of 10 friends, we had an incredible stay. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location easily walkable to downtown Park City. Communication was seamless too. Highly recommend this spot!

Amazing Stay with Large Group

We had an amazing stay! The house was in a great location as we were able to walk to Main Street or hop on the easily accessible bus. The bedrooms were very spacious and there were great views from all areas of the house! Would definitely stay here again and recommend for large groups. The hosts were also very accommodating and responsive!

Great stay

Overall a great place that is close to the mountain for skiing. However there were wrappers and pacifiers and other things under the beds. There were no washcloths for the bathrooms and no body wash. The bedding had holes and stains. Overall it was clean and very convenient walk to downtown.

Excellent Location for a Park City Vacation

We had an excellent long weekend stay and the property was perfect for our large group! The bus stop conveniently located at the end of the street made trips into town a breeze. The house was very well appointed and comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. Overall, this is a great space for a large group!

Great house near the slopes

Very clean and responsive hosts. We had a great time and there was a lot of room for people to relax. a little disappointed that the hot tub wouldn't get hot enough for us to enjoy it this trip, but besides that the house was perfect!

Clean, Comfortable and Great Location!

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend while attending a wedding. The house was clean and larger than expected! Everything worked great and we had a wonderful time. Every day we walked to downtown Park City! The location was perfect! We would definitely recommend this house for your stay!

Great accommodation and hosts

Came to Park City for a long weekend with friends. Juan and Alexandra were super communicative and fantastic hosts. Their home is walking distance to town and they have a bus stop right outside that is a short drive to deer valley. They had a very comfortable home that was clean and exactly like the listing photos. Highly recommend!!

Great location and prompt replies

Juan’s home was exactly as advertised. He was extremely prompt with all responses and very helpful whenever we had any questions about the property or area. The house is in a very convenient location for skiing, just a very short walk to the end of the street for the free shuttles. It’s also only a 10-15min walk to downtown. I would definitely recommend for a ski trip!

Mountain Biking group

We had a wonderful time. The location was excellent. Juan was very responsive and thoughtful, including having paper goods delivered. Beds were comfy and we had all we needed. It was warm at night but we had fans. Friends loved the hot tub. We had terrific family style dinners on the long table. A great stay; we’d love to return.

Great House for a big group!

We were a group of 8 adults and the house was extremely convenient and homey for our stay. We had great access to the Old Town, played cards in front of the fireplace and sat in the hot tub after some amazing skiing - it's hard to complain! We did have a few issues with the oven - we are big on cooking, but the property manager was very friendly and responsive. My personal favorite aspect of the house was the 4 full bathrooms which made the transition from apres ski to evening seamless, even with such a big group. Would love to come back to this house, it was a fantastic choice for us!

Easy location to mountain; communicative helpful host

Condo is great. No frills, but clean and nice, functional spaces. Very easy short walk to bus stop to get to Park City or Deer Valley mountains. Juan was very helpful and responsive in understanding what kitchen appliances, etc. would be available. Only disappointment was that the futon which the listing lists as a part of the King bedroom was actually a trundle in the bunk room, which is already pretty tight quarters for 4, let alone 5. So ultimately that bed was not functional for an additional person. Overall would definitely go back and stay here again!

The air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and the home was very hot. I texted the owners to have it fixed and they never responded. The next day I called them and they told me they had responded (although I still haven’t gotten it) and that the home doesn’t have air conditioning, even though there was a thermostat that was on the wall to work the AC. Even with windows open it was too hot to be in the house until night time when the temperature finally cooled off. The bunk room had a window but it couldn’t open so that room was unbearable. We feel that since the owners knew we would be renting in the middle of July that we should have been told about the lack of AC.

Amazing weekend!

We had an amazing time at Juan & Alexandra's place! We were a group of 9 in town for Sundance, even though it was virtual. We were able to connect to all of the apple TVs and watch our movies, which was great. The house is amazing! Very clean, well stocked, and huge, with plenty of space for everyone. We also made great use of the hot tub :) I would definitely go back!

Convenient Location and Great for Families

We would definitely rent this home again for our annual family ski trip. The home is spacious, very clean and well stocked. And you can’t beat the location - just a short walk to the free shuttle stop and a couple of stops later you’re at Snow Park lodge. Thank you to the owners for ensuring that we had a great stay!

Park City House with a View

Extremely well maintained and clean 4+ Bedroom house located just a block off the connecting road between downtown Park City and Deer Valley. Easy 10 minute walk to the middle of Old Town Main Street, has wonderful views of Park City Resort and furnished very nicely. Garage a little small to park a Suburban or similar sized vehicle, but otherwise couldn't ask for more. Definitely a place that I would recommend and rent again. The owners are extremely friendly and easy to work with!!!

Amazing!

We enjoyed this property, super close to bus station. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space in terms of bedroom and bathrooms. We had a family accident about a month after booking this home which caused some of our party to not be available for the vacation.The owners went above and beyond during this incident to ensure that we were able to enjoy our trip anyways. Would recommend this house to my friends and family!

Great Home + Great Location = Great Vacation

Very comfortable, well furnished home and less then a 10 minute walk to Main street. The 3 local ski areas are great and ridiculously close. The hot tub is 2 steps from the back door and felt great after skiing all day. We had a great time and will recommend Park City and this home to our friends.

Spring Sking

We had a wonderful time. The house is nicely furnished with all the necessary appliances. Great location, a quick bus ride to Deer Valley and The Canyons or a short walk to the lovely town of Park City (and Ski lift). Perfect vacation destination.
