EKUPP116 - Immaculate Seashore Cape in Deauville Beach section of Mantoloking/Brick on the Island! Great location on the beach side with an easy stroll to the PRIVATE beach with 8 badges included!! With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths you'll have plenty of room for your family group up to 8/10 total! Custom kitchen, dining, has outdoor bbq area, outdoor shower. Flat screen tv's, high speed internet. Central Air Conditioning. PETS CONSIDERED ON CASE BY CASE BASIS (fee will apply). Plenty of off street parking!
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
