This property is privately owned, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss or theft of personal property of any kind. The registered guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or any member of their party and guests visiting. ⚠No smoking or vaping in building or on property. ⚠No drugs or illicit behaviour. ⚠No excessive noise after quiet hours. QUIET TIME FROM 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM IS STRICTLY ENFORCED, VIOLATORS WILL BE REMOVED. ⚠No persons staying in the Villa that are not on the reservation. ⚠$500 fee for violation of the house rules. ⚠1 Pet is allowed at an additional cost of $200 per stay. ⚠2 parking spots per Villa. THERE WILL NOT BE HOUSE CLEANING DURING YOUR STAY, UNLESS ARRANGED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $120. ⚠Please turn off the appliances and air conditioning when you leave the property for a short or longer period. ⚠Please tidy up before you leave, e.g. leave dirty dishes in the sink and bed linen in the laundry room. ⚠We kindly ask for you to keep the windows and doors closed when the A/C is on. Thank you for helping us to conserve and protect our earth's vital resources.
