⚫ For stays of 60 nights or more, a deposit hold of $500.00 is required. The deposit hold will be released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property is returned in its original condition without damages or rule violations.

🏠HOUSE RULES🏠

1. The person who made the booking must be the one to check in. If a non-booker needs to check in, a government-issued photo ID must be submitted in advance. Failure to provide the required ID will result in denied check-in with no refund.
2. Shoes are not allowed inside the home. Please store them on the provided shoe tray at the entrance during your stay.
3. Noise level detectors and entrance security cameras are in place for safety. TAMPERING WITH THESE DEVICES IS PROHIBITED and will result in the immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
4. Excessive noise, especially during quiet hours, is prohibited to ensure a peaceful stay for all. If noise persists after an initial warning and exceeds 15 minutes, we reserve the right to take further action, including terminating the reservation if the situation is not resolved promptly. Repeated violations may also result in the cancellation of the booking immediately without a refund. Quiet Hours are 9 PM - 8 AM, please be respectful of the neighbors.
5. Parties are NOT ALLOWED on the property, including large gatherings during quiet hours or loud music. If a party occurs, a $500 fine will be imposed, and the booking will be canceled immediately without a refund.
6. For your safety, smoke detectors are installed on every floor. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, and in the hallways. If smoking is detected, a $500 fine will be applied, and the booking will be immediately canceled without a refund. VIOLATIONS INVOLVING ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES will incur a $5,000 fine, guest information reported to authorities, and a permanent ban from Host's(our) properties.
7. Only flush toilet paper—nothing else. If the toilet clogs due to improper disposal, a $300 fine will be charged for plumbing services.
8. All ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS must be approved by Host(us) in advance. Unauthorized guests may incur a per-guest, per-night charge ($100 per night).
9. Pets require prior disclosure and approval. Failure to disclose may result in penalties and impact future bookings.
10. Any excessive mess left after your stay may result in an additional cleaning fee on top of the standard cleaning fee. Photos of the excessive mess will be documented and submitted along with the charge.
11. The standard check-in time is 4 PM. Early check-in requests must be made at the time of booking for a $30 fee and are subject to availability. If you arrive early without prior notice, you will not have access to the property and will need to wait until the check-in time.
12. The standard check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-out requests must be made at the time of booking for a $30 fee and are subject to availability. Guests must request late check-out by 8 PM the day before check-out. Failure to vacate on time without late check-out permission will result in a $30 charge for every 30 minutes past check-out time.
13. Late checkouts without prior approval incur a $50 fee per hour (or part thereof), ensuring timely departures while allowing flexibility for approved requests.
14. After each stay, the home is thoroughly checked and inventoried with photos. Guests will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
15. Mail and packages cannot be sent to the property address. For deliveries, use a local FedEx/UPS location. Food deliveries are permitted, but Host is not liable for lost or damaged items.
16. Respectful communication is required. Profanity or threats toward staff or neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
