Inside, all of the apartments are filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a bright and welcoming space to unwind. The living areas feature plush furnishings and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The fully equipped kitchens, with sleek appliances and barstool seating, are the ideal space for preparing meals or enjoying takeout from nearby hotspots.

When it's time to rest, each unit features two bedrooms for a restful retreat. At Muse, the primary bedroom boasts a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom is complete with a queen bed. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional space. At Honkey-Tonk, the primary bedroom also features a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features two twin beds. Honkey-Tonk also features a sleeper sofa in the living room. At Outlaw's Den, the primary bedroom boasts a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, while the living room also features a sleeper sofa.

Located in the Odyssey, you’ll also have access to the building’s resort-style amenities, including a seasonal pool, BBQ area, fire pits, and a state-of-the-art gym to round out your stay. There's even Tito's Mexican Restaurant located directly in the building!

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The apartment is located on the 4th floor, with elevator access available.
- Due to ongoing development in the area, you may experience nearby construction noise during your stay.

Parking Details:
- Parking is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis in the top-floor parking garage. No reserved parking. Guests can park in any spot that is not marked reserved. No parking pass required.
- Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
