VRBO RENTAL AGREEMENT - SUMMARY:

- Provide your legal name for the Guest Certificate within 24 hours of booking, or we'll use the name on your VRBO account. Once issued, we can't change the name or offer a refund/cancellation.
- Must be 25+ to check-in.
- Weekly stays typically begin on Fri, Sat, or Sun. Staying beyond the standard 7-night period could lead to higher rates and possible room changes.
- We'll aim to give the best possible deal for extended stays.
- Strictly non-smoking and no pets allowed, except for service animals.
