The Space:

Welcome to this inviting 2BR/1BA coastal retreat, nestled in a vibrant beachside neighborhood perfect for relaxation and exploration. As you enter, you’ll take four steps up to the front door, leading into a cozy living room featuring a record player, plush couch, and flat-screen TV for entertainment. The open entryway flows into the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a gas oven, air fryer, crockpot, and a dining table for four. The large kitchen window overlooks the beautiful backyard, filling the space with natural light. Please note: there is no dishwasher in this home.

Down the hall, you'll find two serene and well-appointed bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Both offer ample closet space, ceiling fans, and flat-screen TVs, along with soft natural lighting for a comfortable and restful stay. The home includes one full bathroom with standard amenities.

Step outside to a private backyard oasis, designed for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy the hot tub, outdoor lounge seating, propane BBQ, putting green, hammock, and an outdoor TV. The home also features a wood-burning fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Please note: wood is not provided. There’s also a convenient outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a beach day.

Situated just blocks from the ocean, this home is located in a walkable and friendly community, where you can take in the fresh sea breeze. While there is no A/C, the home stays cool with its coastal location, and heating is available for chillier nights. Free parking is available in the driveway and on the street, and a washer and dryer are conveniently located in the outdoor patio closet, just outside the kitchen door.

Whether you're looking to unwind in the hot tub, cozy up by the fire, or explore the nearby coastline, this charming retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and coastal charm.

Equipment can be rented nearby. • Beach photography: Windansea Beach is a popular spot for beach photography • Watching California sunsets: Visitors can enjoy the beautiful California sunsets from Windansea Beach • Exploring rocks at low tide: Visitors can explore the rocks at low tide • Kayaking: Visitors can take a kayak tour of the La Jolla Sea Caves, which are located near Windansea Beach Located just a few minutes from Windansea Beach is La Jolla Village, which is a popular shopping destination in La Jolla, known for its luxury boutiques, renowned restaurants, museums, aquatic attractions, and art galleries.

You are also 30 minutes or less to the airport and to nearly all of San Diego’s most popular attractions.

• No Smoking • Parking: Driveway access and street parking available for guests. • Pets may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150. • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced. • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
