Amenities Rental Terms and Conditions [PLEASE READ CAREFULLY]
- Guests must comply with all maximum occupancy limits, which are strictly enforced for the amenities. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
- All activities must conclude by 9:00 PM during summer hours and 7:00 PM during winter hours.
- No marijuana or weed smoking is permitted anywhere on the property.
- Any fighting or disorderly conduct will result in immediate termination of the booking.
- All house rules apply to amenity use. The primary guest is fully responsible for their visitors and any damage caused by them.
- The $200 damage deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after checkout, provided no damages are found. Please note that the booking platform may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- The grounds are under video surveillance for your safety. The host reserves the right to verify how many visitors are in the amenities.
- All payments (rental and additional time) must be received by the host BEFORE any visitors arrive.

For added security, the door in the property is equipped with a digital lock, and a unique code is provided for every booking. Guests will be given a code to enter at the time of booking in the welcome letter, and a reminder message sent to the guest 60 minutes before the 4PM check-in time unless an early check-in is approved. Please be sure to pull the entry door closed upon departure.
Other things to note
For any guest booking with an initial duration of less than one month, if the guest wishes to extend their stay beyond one month, the Host requires the creation of a new booking rather than altering the existing reservation. Each subsequent monthly extension will also require a new booking. Guests extending their stay beyond one month must also schedule a housekeeping visit within the first week of each new monthly booking.
For bookings exceeding 35 nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-stay cleaning includes housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder, but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place.
Your host conducts regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventive measure, please refrain from holding the front door open for extended periods.
