Near from supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, clinics, spas, and some great spots for coffee and eats. Need to get around? No worries - transport options are just around the corner!

Good to Know
- Check-in: Ready from 3:00 pm. Coming early? Let us know, and we`ll see if we can get you in sooner.
- Check-Out: All good things must end by 11:00 am, but if you ask us about late checkout in advance, we may be able to help you out!
- Passport Required: For check-in, we’ll need a copy of your passport or GCC ID card, as per UAE law.
- Dubai Government Tourism Fee: As per UAE law, there’s an AED 10 fee per night for all hotel and short-term rental stays. It’s already included in your booking, so you don’t need to pay anything extra!
- Digital Smart Lock: We use the `Keyless` digital smart lock to ensure your safety and security. We`ll show you how to use it before your stay.
- Bag Drop: We’re unable to store bags in the apartment or building, but don’t worry - many airlines offer convenient bag drop services. Plus, there are several baggage drop locations around Downtown, making it easy for you to explore without your luggage!
- Smoke-Free Zone: Keep it fresh indoors - no smoking, please! If you need a puff, the balcony is your spot. Just remember, smoking inside will trigger a cleaning fee.

- Navigating to the Building (Grande Residence, Downtown Dubai): After checking in at reception, you`ll find everything set up in your apartment, including your building access cards and a handy digital guide.
- Digital Smart Lock: You can enter the apartment using our `keyless` lock. We`ll show you how to use it in our arrival guide before your stay.
- Parking Info: Your free parking spot is on level B4, space 168. When you arrive, simply ask the security guard at the parking gate to let you in. We will send you a video for easier access.
- Swimming Pool: Unwind in our serene, Infinity pool with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa and fountain show.
- Gym: Stay fit in our well-equipped gym featuring modern equipment and everything you need for a great workout.

Other Things to Note
- Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am, but we’re happy to be flexible! If availability allows - meaning no other guests or cleaning conflicts - we’d love to offer you an early check-in or late check-out at no extra cost. Just give us a heads-up!
- Guest IDs: To comply with UAE law, we kindly ask for a copy of your passport or national ID (GCC citizens) before check-in. This helps us register you with the Dubai Tourism Department and the building management for a smooth check-in process.
