Casal dei Fichi es una casa de campo tradicional cuidadosamente restaurada en apartamentos de vacaciones de lujo, ubicada en un lugar tranquilo con vistas espectaculares sobre el campo ondulado. Su gran apartamento bien equipado tiene todo lo que necesitará para unas vacaciones relajantes y lujosas en una de las partes no descubiertas de Italia.

La piscina climatizada de 15 metros tiene sol todo el día y está cubierta por una terraza de largo completo y césped con muchas tumbonas, además de una pérgola cubierta de uvas desde donde se puede disfrutar del paisaje.

Los extensos jardines están rodeados de campos de girasoles, olivares y vides, y hay mucho espacio para encontrar sol o sombra debajo de un árbol o en una hamaca. Su panorama incluye las impresionantes vistas del campo ondulado, las ciudades medievales y las fantásticas montañas Sibillini.

Dentro de los terrenos tiene su propio jardín privado en el que puede cenar o relajarse en la intimidad.

Su apartamento tiene una gran sala de estar con un sofá cama doble. Hay una cocina / comedor totalmente equipada, una magnífica terraza privada grande, baño de lujo y un amplio dormitorio con cama king size. Es uno de los 6 apartamentos en Casal dei Fichi. Productos de cortesía: se alienta a los huéspedes a que se ayuden diariamente a los productos de nuestros huertos de vegetales y hierbas, así como a la fruta del huerto y los huevos de nuestros pollos: no hay millas de comida aquí y todo sabe tan bien directamente desde el jardín hasta el plato. ¡minutos!

Amazing!

We had the most relaxing two week at Casal dei Fichi. The accommodation cannot be faulted and it is in such a stunning setting. Bob and Ian are amazing hosts, recommending places to visit and our children absolutely loved pizza night (so did we!) It was the best family holiday we have ever had and we just had to book again for next year as soon as we returned home. We would thoroughly recommend Casal dei Fichi.

Fantastic, even in February

Our family has totally fallen in love with Le Marche. We have wanted many times to stay at Casal dei Fichi but have never been able to book early enough to get in. This visit, to review progress on a property we have purchased gave us an insight into Marche in winter and it was still fantastic. Our apartment was very spacious but centrally heated and very warm with everything we needed from fully fitted kitchen, super comfy bed to powerful hot showers. A real bonus was enjoying a glass of local red wine in front of the log fire. It was also great to see snow on the mountains and walk on deserted beaches but still find a good choice of restaurants for a delicious seafood lunch. This year we're not leaving it to chance and have already booked our summer holiday at Casal dei Fichi. We were only just in time.

If anyone is looking to treat yourself to a fabulous holiday I highly recommend a stay with Bob & Ian at Casal di Fichi. Le Marche is a hidden gem to explore by foot, car, bicycle or on horseback. Thanks to Bob & Ian they gave us many recommendations on places to visit including some exceptional osterias to sample local regional cuisine. The 'Tenuta' ie 'Estate' is picturesque and our apartment was very spacious and comfortable. To top off our visit every morning Obi, their cute little puppy, left us a few stones on our doorstep as a greeting. I definitely recommend a visit & we look forward to returning.

Wonderful!

Le Marche is a great area to explore, beautiful hillside towns, excellent dining, good shopping, beach access and no crowds. Staying with Bob & Ian is a perfect way to enjoy the area. They are ever so gracious hosts and have a vast knowledge of the many things there are to do and see. The apartments are roomy and comfortable and the setting for the property is absolutely beautiful. Can't wait to return.

We had a most enjoyable Gourmet break with our kind and attentive hosts Bob and Ian. They had planned a very interesting programme of visits to vineyards and an olive oil press. We ate different and delicious meals in lovely surroundings which we never would have found by ourselves.The appartments are spacious , comfortable and well designed. We could also enjoy all the delicious wines as we did not do any of the driving! A wonderful weekend in Le Marche

Gourmet week-end

If you want to eat and drink le Marche you can do no better than this! Accommodation is very comfortable and the service outstanding. The restaurants we visited were all well chosen and excellent with local dishes and local wines; we also visited two wine producers where we tasted some very good wines, and the local olive press. And as a bonus we had a communal cookery lesson in a professional 'Agriturismo' kitchen. And there's no problems with drinking and driving as our hosts Bob and Ian ferried us everywhere, even from and to the airport. If you enjoy food and wine Italian-style in a relaxed setting then this is for you! ps. this was our fourth visit to Casal dei Fichi - says it all really

We likes the setting and the warm welcome

Ian and Bob made the holiday very pleasant. The condo was very nice, new and fully equipped. Ian and Bob gave great hints for restaurants and activities and helped wherever they could support. The Pizza Day (Monday) was a great event. We loved the setting and it was a wonderful place to cool down and relax. There is enough to visit during the day. Don't miss to use the grill (all you need is provided). We would certainly come again.

Super feriested

Ferieboligen med egen tagterasse var unik, vi er en familie på 4 personer, hvor de 2 sov i stuen på en udmærket dobbelt sofa og 2 i det separate soveværelse som var dejligt rummeligt, samt et badeværelse som var 100% moderniseret. Køkken og stue var ud i et og ganske stort og fuldstændig perfekt. Swimmingpoolen var rigtig dejligt samt ikke mindst de fantastiske omgivelser. Dejlig stor og hyggelig have som var til fri benyttelse ligeså deres urtehave. Skønt med friske grøntsager :-) En fed oplevelse til deres egen pizza aften hvor både børn og voksne lavede pizzaer efter alle mulige opskrifter, man kommer virkelig hinanden ved uanset hvilket land man kommer fra, 3 hollandske familier og en amerikansk og os fra Danmark samt selvfølglelig Bob og Ian fra UK/Italien. Det var en sjov og festlig oplevelse som gjorde at vi kom hinanden mere ved på en dejlig afslappende måde. Vi holdt endnu en aften hvor alle kom til bål mv ud til de sene nattetimer, det var også en dejlig oplevelse. Lidt minus ifht. oplevelsen, er selve vejen ned til ferie boligen, den kunne godt være noget bedre, samt der er en del hundegøen fra de nærliggende gårde som faktisk ligger et stykke væk, men pga. dalen så runger det en del og det er desværre på alle mærkelige tidspunkter de hunde gør. Inkl. om natten. Men ellers et fantastisk sted hvor der ingen danskere er i mange kilometers omkreds endvidere turister, man skulle tro de stopper ved Rimini. Der er mange hyggelige byer og landlige samfund, samt rigtig dejlige snoede veje imellem de forskellige dale og bysamfund. Ikke særlig langt til kysten hvor der er et hav af strande som bestemt ikke er overrendt, der er plads til alle. Ian og Bob er utrolig gæstfrie og gør alt for at man skal have en god oplevelse, derfor kan vi også varmt anbefale stedet og det er bestemt ikke sidste gang vi skal ned i området og hvorfor så ikke bo et så dejligt sted.:-) Sommer hilsner fra Lasse, Sofie, Birgitte & Keld fra Danmark :-)

Wonderful surroundings and excellent facilities.

We had an amazing holiday at Ian and Bob's place. Wonderful surroundings and excellent facilities. But what really makes this place the best is the warm atmosphere that Bob and Ian spreads. They make you feel welcome from the minute you arrive. They always have time to help you with everything from what beach you should visit or where to go shopping groceries. They are truly friendly and great hosts. The kids loved to stay at the house, swim in the pool and play with the dogs. We are definitely returning and already looking forward to next summer.

That farmhouse has been creatively and beautifully restored by your hosts, Bob and Ian, and now features six comfortable apartments, each with its unique charms. To all of this, add the exceptional welcome of Bob and Ian who have found that special balance—sharing this amazing environment as well as their expertise about the region with their visitors, yet taking their cue from the guests and allowing them to engage and explore (or not) at their leisure. “Fifth time back-still as good as ever”

Casal dei Fichi took us by surprise when we first went six years ago and it never fails to disappoint even after our fifth visit. Superb location, unbelieveable views, almost self-sufficient living if you want it, long, languid agriturismo Sunday lunches with some lovely people and the best hosts on the planet. Our holiday idyll that never fails to delight!

We returned to the beautiful Casal dei fichi this summer and yet again enjoyed an extremely happy holiday, returning home relaxed and refreshed and looking forward to our next visit! Everything about this place is perfect - the stunning setting, the superbly equipped and very comfortable apartment, the gardens from which guests can pick fresh vegetables and herbs, the swimming pool area with its wonderful views and the friendly and super-helpful owners, Ian and Bob, for whom nothing is too much trouble. We combined our time relaxing 'at home' with visits to local villages, festivals, restaurants and a fabulous boat trip at the coast. The infamous 'Monday pizza night' at Casal dei fichi was, as always, a blast and gave us the opportunity to meet the other guests in an informal and fun way! As the evening progressed, the competition to produce the most creative pizza intensified and a lot of laughs were had by all. Yet again an amazing time in this idyllic place that has everything...not forgetting the adorable Jakes and Hattie! We couldn't wait to get back and made our reservation for June before we left! Fabulous!!!

This was our fourth visit to Casal dei fichi and certainly not our last, it is no coincidence that it is here we chose to have our wedding 5 years ago as the beautifully scenic panorama provided a wonderful backdrop for our special day and still continues to amaze me each time we return. The apartments are modern and spacious with a homely feel and are equipped with everything you need for your stay. The owners Bob and Ian are fantastic hosts and they soon make you feel at home.The Monday night pizza parties that they host are a great way of meeting the other guests and is a great excuse for drinking and eating lots. I defy anybody to not fall in love with Casal dei fichi, it truly is a little piece of heaven. Thank you Bob and Ian for letting us share your beautiful home xx

Perfect holiday in Le Marche

We have returned here many times now and Casal Dei Fichi never fails to impress. The apartments are so well appointed and so well kitted out, they are extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. Then there is the view, which is quite simply stunning. What is unusual here for self catering apartments is that the owners, Bob and Ian, live on site and are on hand if you want some help, ideas or just a natter! Touches like the complimentary pizza party on a Monday night and the vegetable patch where you can pick some fresh salad for lunch really set this place apart. The surrounding area is very beautiful with lovely hilltop towns, amazing restaurants and the coast not too far away. For us a stay at Casal Dei Fichi is a perfect holiday.

The Perfect Holiday

We have just had our 4th stay at Casal dei Fichi and it was as good as ever. The views from the farmhouse are stunning, the apartments are comfortable and well-equipped, and the resident owners are only too willing to ensure that you have a wonderful holiday. There was a very welcome bottle of wine chilling in the fridge when we arrived, and we loved breakfasting on fresh eggs from the resident chickens, and courgettes and herbs from the vegetable garden. The kitchens in the appartments are very well equipped but if cooking when you are on holiday is not for you, you will be spoilt for choice when eating out. There are many wonderful, and very cheap, restaurants within easy driving distance of CDF - you certainly won't go hungry here!

My Cup of Tea!!

It’s been almost a month since our return from our third visit to Casel Dei Fichi, – we had wondered why people return to the same place! We now know why! Le Marche, is a very pretty region of Italy, lovely hill top towns, steeped in history and wonderfully family friendly beaches. The food and wine of the region are not only excellent, but inexpensive, (unlike Tuscany). Casel Dei Fichi is a very special place in Le Marche, run by two very special people, Bob and Ian. We spent most evenings at Casel Dei Fichi simply popping a cork and sitting in front of the TV! By TV, we mean “Terrific View”. Casel Dei Fichi is set in the most wondrous panoramic location. The views across the valley are stunning, with pretty hill top villages such as Montegeorgio and Monte San Pietrangeli in the distance. Our accommodation was perfect; we stayed in apartment Ricci, which has everything you need including a private outside dining area. Bob and Ian are remarkable hosts, always smiling and nothing appears to be too much trouble. Their knowledge of the region is first class, and can recommend beaches to visit, restaurants and even where to go if you fancy a day in Sibillini mountains. We loved the Fresh eggs for breakfast, courtesy of Bob and Ian’s hens, and the fruit and veg from the garden, lovingly tendered by Bob. We must mention the Pizza evening, such fun, and an excellent opportunity to meet other guests at the start of the week. Needless to say, we have booked for next year!

Our 4th visit and already working out when our 5th will be!

The most amazingly peaceful place to stay, the apartments are just what you need on holiday, and the Bob and Ian are perfect hosts, on hand with a cheery hello and plenty of knowledge about the surrounding area. The view from the pool is one that we never tire of, and the pool still provides great entertainment for our water loving daughter. With just six apartments the pool is never over crowded, and generally with guests out and about the living area feels very private. We vowed to venture further than last time, and very much enjoyed a day at the beach at Sorello. The port of Numana is just an hour away, and we particularly enjoyed a private boat trip with others we had me at Casal dei Fichi, complete with cove swimming and prosecco in proper glasses. Linked to a local restaurant the food on the boat was also excellent and we would strongly recommend it - details in the information pack and Bob and Ian are happy to arrange for you. The local vineyard was also a treat we wish we had been to before - with excellent wine at amazing prices. We will stock up there next time round.

“English comfort and charm in the Italian countryside”

This is a beautiful lovingly restored farm house in the centre of the Marche countryside. We saw the photos on the web site and were impressed but the real thing surpassed our expectations. The area is beautiful and peaceful and Bob and Ian do everything to make you feel totally looked after and very much at home. The apartment has everything you need and the pool is just stunning - you can smell the lavender whilst you relax! The little towns in the vincinity have wonderful historic centres and during the summer there are many festivals - if you are there at the beginning of July look out for the Mogliano 1744 festival - quite a spectacle. Bob and Ian wil let you know what's on and when, will recommend places to eat. Also they host a weekly pizza party where you can make use of their pizza oven, and enjoy good company and good food. Quite simply the best recipe for a great holiday!

We are Bob and Ian and moved to Marche 13 years ago to set up Casal dei Fichi. We left behind successful careers in London to move to a less stressful way of life in an area often described as 'all of Italy in one region'. We live on site with our 3 dogs, 4 cats and 7 chickens. We are very proud to have established a reputation for helping our guests have a fantastic holiday.

We chose this property to renovate and convert into apartments because of the vista - it has a wonderful panoramic 360 degree view and it is the first thing that our guests comment on when they arrive! The area is truly stunning and we are located near to a village for shops, restaurants and things to see and do. We also chose our area as it less than one hour's drive from the airport which we think is an important factor for our guests - why be driving when you can be sat by the pool with a glass of local vino!

We are here if you need us and we are always ready to give advice, book a restaurant or organise a day out or an event for you. If you like your peace and quiet then you have it - as one guest review said 'Bob and Ian are available but never intrusive'.

Please join us for our weekly complimentary pizza party based on our original brick oven in the garden - great fun to make your own pizza and share it with your fellow guests.

In the grounds you will find an orchard, herb and vegetable gardens and our free range chickens, please help yourself to our produce - nothing better than fresh ingredients straight from the garden!

Finally we have worked hard to make sure you have everything you need in your kitchen to prepare a wonderful meal. The feedback we get is that we have thought of everything and we have tried to equip your kitchen to the same standard as you have at home.
