Check-out: Our check-out time is until 11:00 AM. If available, guests may request a late check-out until 12:00 PM for an additional 70% of the daily rate. Guests who do not check out on time will be subject to a penalty of 4 daily rates, as it will prevent the next check-in at 3:00 PM.

Document Submission: Documents must be submitted by 12:00 PM on the check-in day, except for last-minute reservations, where documents must be submitted immediately after confirmation.

Visitors: Visitors are allowed until 9:00 PM, with prior notice to the building and document submission.

Reservation Changes: If you need to modify the dates of your reservation during your stay, the property’s cancellation policy will apply.
