Summary:
Newly built 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom unit with a private terrace in walkable Centenario.
No expense was spared in making this the place a super comfortable place to stay in Cali. Main features include:
Fast WiFi, unlimited hot water, air conditioning in all spaces, 3 SmartTVs, European King size beds 200x180cm (79" x 71"), and a fully stocked kitchen.
Perfect for travelers, groups of friends, executives, medical tourists, digital nomads and families.
The Space:
This apartment is located on the third floor and you will need to climb two flights of stairs to reach it. The total size is 99 m2 or 1065 sq.ft. and has been outfitted with hotel quality beds and pillows.
We installed noise reducing windows in this building which is quite a rarity in Colombia.
There are two bedrooms with king beds and A/C. The third bedroom on the mezzanine contains a single bed has NO A/C but a fan and is reached by the metal stairs. Please be careful on those stairs.
Both bedrooms have a desk and chair ideal for computer work.
The living room is big and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. Basics such as salt, pepper, oil, etc are supplied.
Each bedroom has a 43" SmartTV and the living room has a 55" SmartTV. All of them connect to all your favorite streaming apps.
The bathrooms comes with towels, floor mats, and a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body soap and toilet paper.
The big terrace is private to this apartment and a wonderful place to soak in the sun while enjoying a book or drink in the company of good friends.
Parking:
The building has no parking. Please never leave your vehicle unattended at any time on the street or anywhere else in Cali. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen items from your vehicle during your stay. There are 5 safe paid parking lots within a 3 block radius. Let us know if you are bringing a vehicle and we will happily guide you.
Housekeeping & Laundry:
Housekeeping and laundry services are not included with the stay. However they can be arranged at an additional cost and a full one days notice. Laundry is $60.000 COP per load. It includes pick-up at the apartment by our staff, washing, drying, folding and delivery back to you. Housekeeping is $130.000 COP per assigned day.
Safety:
For your safety, the access to the building is through a coded security door and the common areas of the building are always monitored with a camera surveillance system.
We maintain a small office onsite and there is a door man circulating the building at night.
WiFi
We have a strong 500 mb fiberoptic connection with UniFi Access Points for the building. It's the fastest plan on the market at the moment. While the connection is shared among the other units there is usually plenty of capacity for all users.
Guest Access:
Once you rent it the whole place is yours.
You're welcome to have guests over as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded (5 persons). We need IDs of any guest who spends the night. If they are just visiting then not needed.
The Neighborhood:
The Centenario neighborhood makes an ideal location for anyone looking to explore Cali.
Within walking distance you will find just about anything you need, including bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and some of the main attractions like the River Boulevard, Plaza Caicedo and San Antonio.
Centenario Shopping center is only half a block away with coffee shops, ATMs, food court, cinema and lots of shops.
Reaching the prime entertainment districts of either Granada or El Peñon is also an easy walk or if raining just a few minutes in taxi.
Finally, as the cherry on top, one of the city’s best restaurants, Platillos Voladores, is only one black away.
Getting Around:
I suggest walking wherever possible. Enjoy the warm, eternal summer climate. Get to know the city. Explore!
If you're going further, then there are more than 20.000 taxis in Cali and they are very affordable. Minimum fare starts at 4.000 pesos. Uber, Cabify, Beat, WayCali and Didi are other similar services. Busses are plentiful but then to get very crowded.

Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. You can complete it through the same link that is sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Medical tourists:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.
Free City Tour included:
As a special benefit, we have partnered with one of Cali’s best tourist guides to offer you a free City Tour, Gastronomic Tour or Salsa Tour included with your reservation.
Airport pick-ups:
Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.
Factura electrónica:
We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after VRBO commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.
Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund. Luckily the building has a back-up water tank for emergencies.

My partner Harold and I frequent this building a lot and always love meeting people from all over the world. Conveniently, we only live 10 minutes away.
Also, one of our assistants will usually be working from in the office during the day and there’s a night guard on duty as well, both whom will be happy to help with any questions or issues that may arise during your stay.

This beautiful apartment was created with attention to detail like few others. After traveling all over the world and building more than 100 units for the vacation rental market in Colombia, we know the little details that make a big difference for travelers. King size beds with quality bedsheets and great pillows. A/C in all spaces. Amazing hot water (although you barely need it in Cali), strong WiFi, noise reducing windows and walking distance to most things of interest, just to mention a few of the things that you will enjoy while visiting.
