The Fully Equipped Kitchen is a dream for family meal prep, boasting beautiful granite countertops and modern stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher—a massive time-saver. The adjacent dining area provides a charming spot for family meals and creating lasting memories.
The Sleeping Quarters are designed for comfort and flexibility:
Master Bedroom (Parent’s Haven): Features a comfortable King-size bed and a Smart TV, offering a serene escape.
Second Bedroom (Kids' Delight): A unique bunk setup with a Full-size bed over a Queen-size bed, plus a trundle, comfortably accommodating up to four children or guests.

Guests have exclusive private access to the entire modern two-bedroom condo and its private balcony. You also have the immense benefit of a private in-unit washer and dryer. Outside, you have access to the shared common area featuring a propane BBQ grill and the essential outdoor shower. Your stay includes one assigned, dedicated driveway parking spot.

Please remember this is a second-floor unit, requiring access via stairs. A formal rental agreement and a refundable $500 security hold (managed via OwnerRez) are required post-booking. Please note:
The unit is ideal for warm weather stays; no heating is offered. Seasonal bookings run from April to mid-October.
We provide starter toiletries (soap, bath mat) but suggest bringing your own personal shampoos/soaps.
