The relaxed double storey beach house includes 5 bedrooms (7 beds) along with 3.5 bathrooms, boasting grand proportions and magnificent living areas throughout.
Pt Lonsdale House, with its water views and quiet setting, offers a classic coastal offering with spacious bedrooms, sensational ground floor living area and open plan kitchen with elevated ceilings flowing out to a deck with beautiful natural light from the north facing backyard.
The expansive open plan kitchen & butler’s pantry is an entertainer’s delight featuring a large central island bench with bar stools, 900mm electric stove and oven. With an additional living room upstairs boasting golf dunes & water view, there is space for everyone to spread out and enjoy this beautiful home.
