Your cozy getaway awaits in Fredericksburg at this fantastic bed & breakfast. Sleeps 12-15. Sleeps 12 people with beds and three with pull out bed/hide beds. Hide beds and pull out. Beds are good for young adults and children. . Offering 6 separate sleeping areas with 3.5 bathrooms . Guests can enjoy a spacious living room which connects to the kitchen & dining room for social gatherings. The living room offers a Smart TV, bar table and ample seating for all. The back porch provides a very similar seating for your social gatherings . Including: tv viewing, play games, cooking on the grill and enjoy the pergola hot tub with serving table. This charming property offers off street parking up to 8 cars and unlimited off street parking. Amenities : iron, heating, hair dryer, AC, washing machine, and WiFi. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

This location was amazing! While I did see the pictures, I feel like it was way bigger than expected! It was great staying here & Joe is an amazing host. This location was not far from everything and was perfect for the 9 of us. :)

Our host, Joe Brillhart, was great. He checked in with us before and after our stay. The house was perfect for 8 ladies, but could have easily accommodated more. We loved everything about it. Will definitely look into booking it again when we make our way back to Fredericksburg for another trip.

Perfect weekend getaway for our larger group! We had an absolutely perfect stay at the Milam Mill Haus over the weekend. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The house met all of our expectations and more. All the bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The common areas allowed our larger group spread out and enjoy each others company. The back yard was large and provided much entertainment with the spa, games, and large table under the covered porch. All of this within walking distance of main street. Joe was amazing and answered all our questions in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend this home for your next stay in Fredericksburg.

The house was perfect for the amount of guest we had (14). Everyone had a bed and we really enjoyed the living room area, back porch, hot tub, and dining area. Definitely recommend staying here with a group of friends or family. We will definitely book again next time, if available.

Amazing and charming stay in Fredericksburg

From the first time we stepped into this property we were in awe. This property is located conveniently just blocks from Main Street. It is a cozy but spacious home offering plenty of room for everyone but also having a personal feel. We slept 8 in this home with room for more. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. The beds are comfortable and nicely decorated with extra bedding if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. We even utilized the outdoor grill and fire pit. Plenty of towels in each bathroom and extra towels for the use of the hot tub. In each of the showers are built in dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plenty of parking. Large lot so you don’t feel on top of the neighbors. The owners are very responsive and answer questions quickly. I just can’t say enough of how great this property is. Easy check in and check out. We had so much fun at this house it felt like being at home. You can’t go wrong with this one, it is what you expect from a stay in Fredericksburg.
