The population beach destination offers family-friendly amenities, including showers and a concession stand. Your stay includes a parking pass, saving you $20 per day!

The House: Comfort and Style for Up to 8 Guests
Our home is designed with vacationers in mind, offering 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms:

Primary Suite: King bed with an ensuite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed.
Third & Fourth Bedrooms: Two twin beds in each (one located on the basement level).
Convenient Bathrooms: One on the first floor, two on the second floor, including the primary ensuite.
The house features central AC, strong Wi-Fi (perfect for working remotely), and plenty of space to unwind:

Chef’s Kitchen: Granite countertops, large island, and seating for 8.
Great Room: Relax with a 70'' TV and cable.
Formal Living & Dining Rooms: Extra space for gatherings, dining table, seats 8 or more.
Rec Room: Pool table, 48” TV with cable, and room to play.
Outdoor Living: Weber grill and backyard seating for 8 make evenings perfect for barbecues.
Beach Fun and Local Adventures
Sandy Neck Beach offers endless activities: sunbathing, swimming, beachcombing, or driving out onto the sand (permit required). For those looking to explore, the neighborhood tennis/pickleball court is a short walk away

Restaurants, shops, and galleries are just a short drive away, with a few within walking distance. Grocery stores like Stop & Shop and Whole Foods make meal prep a breeze.

Family-Friendly Amenities

Sheets, and towels are provided for your stay, so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your trip.

Important Notes:

-Pets are not typically allowed, but exceptions may be made depending on the type and age of the pet. If an exception is made, there is an additional non refundable pet fee of $250.
-Please note that while pets are not permitted during guest stays, the home is not pet-free year-round.
-Like many Cape Cod basements, the ground level bedroom experiences higher humidity levels during the summer months. It is equipped with a powerful dehumidifier to reduce the moisture
-There is an outdoor shower

Wedding trip
This house was the perfect fit for our stay. We were on the cape for our son's wedding and needed a good size place to accommodate other family members. Super spacious and owners have a great taste for decor! Extra bonus was the location of the rehearsal dinner...right across the street!

Beautiful memories
We had a fabulous vacation at the cape and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is private and especially helpful for the toddler age who need space to run and play. The beach was beautiful and not overly-populated. Perfect Oasis
This house is situated in a quiet and picture perfect neighborhood; tree lined streets, amazing gardens, and close access to the amenities and cultural sites of Sandwich and Barnstable. The house was spacious with both incredible indoor and outdoor spaces that we thoroughly enjoyed. We loved the yard game Mollky in the back yard, and the Sandy Neck Beach was just over a mile away. Wonderful stay!!
This house was so much fun to stay in! Very clean, everything was as described, great location for our activities, especially loved the round dining table. The only thing i would have added was rugs and bathmats for the bathroom floors. Kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed. The cleaning staff was very kind to us when we were a bit late leaving due to to a dead battery in the car. All worked out great!!!

A Beautiful Home on Cape Cod in East Sandwich
This well-cared for home on Cape Cod in East Sandwich was beautifully designed with lovely furnishings as well as a nice patio with bbq grille and table/chairs. The backyard was private and an attractive area to visit outdoors with family and/or friends. In the spacious kitchen, there was an island with seating as well as a dinette. Beautiful, comfortable house for our Girls Weekend
This house was perfect for our girls weekend. There were 6 of us and the beds were soooo comfortable. The furnishings are beautiful. Towels and linens provided were very nice. Loved that it was close to Sandy Neck Beach and hiking trails. It was perfect for our gathering.
