*PLEASE BE ADVISED- There is a long-term tenant next door. The tenant does not use the pool while guests are staying. The pool is also professionally cleaned weekly for your convenience.*
**Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm**
*The heated pool is exclusively for your use and is located just to the right of the property. To access it, simply walk past the neighboring property on the right(occupied by a full-time tenant) and follow the sign to the gated pool area.*
*Washer & dryer, bikes & beach equipment are located in the garage for your use.*
The space is for your use completely, including the pool and garage where the laundry area is.
I like to keep things private for you but if you need anything let me or one of my team know.
