Play N Pak and a high chair is available for babies.

Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.



*This is a pet friendly property (Dogs only); please inquire with weight, breed and training of your dog for consideration. Additional pet fee of $100 per booking will be requested at the time of booking. 2 dogs max (Other pets not allowed including cats). Our Pet policy will be required to be signed at the time of check in.



The property features a private patio that opens directly to a designated, fully fenced dog run, perfect for letting your pup roam freely and safely. Please note that the open field beyond the dog run is not for guest or pet use. Outside of the fenced area, all pets must be kept on a leash at all times.



A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.



Please Note: The detached apartment above the garage is currently being renovated. During this time, you may occasionally notice vendors on-site as they complete the work, so there may be other cars on the property at times.
