From the moment you enter, the focus is the waterfall. This hideaway was designed to take in the view of the falls with privacy, peace and quiet comfort along with a soothing soundscape. The design is a unique blend of angles and windows giving you a spectacular view from every room inside and outside the home. Come explore nature with trails for hiking to an overlook bar, to the stream below the falls, or enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waterfall as you cozy up by the wood burning stone fireplace to read a book, play a game, or relax by the gas firepit on the deck. Beautiful enchanting property where heaven and earth come together to become a very relaxing cozy getaway. You may site bald eagle, quail, wild turkey, owls, black bear or deer during your stay.

Solid heart pine floors on the main floors, open living & dining room with floor to ceiling glass wall of windows, cathedral ceilings and exposed beams, stone wood burning fireplace, granite & stainless kitchen, powder room with slate floors, and laundry room complete the main level along with deck with Adirondack loungers, gas fire-pit table, gas grill, & hammock swing all overlooking the waterfall. The fully equipped modern stainless & granite kitchen includes a wine & beer frig & everything to prepare full meals.

The loft king bedroom provides views of the waterfall thru 2 story wall of glass and the surrounding forest. The relaxing sound of the waterfall will lull you to sleep, ensuring a restful night in a cozy plush king bed. There is an en-suite bath with oversize soaking tub/shower, travertine floors and double vanity.

Lower level living room is furnished with sofa chaise (converts to bed) with gas remote fireplace/heater, small deck with view of falls, and full bath with tub/shower.

The plush king bedroom on the lower level opens to a covered porch with hammock, bar stools, dart board and waterfall view.

This house is not ideal for children under 12 due to the dramatic terrain overlooking the waterfall. This ensures a peaceful and uninterrupted escape. Minimum age to book is 25.
