You'll love this unique and romantic escape. The views are 10/10. You’ll have your own private oasis to yourself.. Right on the bay with unobstructed panoramic views of the bay, ocean, Jones beach theater and magnificent sunrises. Enjoy this special oasis surrounded by marine life and nothing but beauty.
You can fish & crab right off the back deck. There are also clamming charters available and Jet skis you can rent a few blocks over.

The space
Things you should know:
The house rocks a little when boats come by the canal very fast (usually only happens during the spring & summer).
House rocks a little when it's very windy. If you get motion sickness, please keep this in mind. It's not much but it is noticeable.
The bridge in the front to get in goes up & down with the tide. It's normal & very sturdy/safe.
There are 2 pumps in the bottom bedroom that go off a few times every hr. Sometimes they don't go off for hrs, depends. Essentially these houseboats have been around for so long that water seeps in the barge little by little so these pumps pump out the water whenever it gets to a certain level & they are automatic. The door downstairs is closed so whatever you hear should be minimal.
This place is literally ON the water. The house floats.
