This place was homey and exactly as shown in pictures. The snacks and coffee provided by the host made us feel special! We hope it is available the next time we come to town!

Very nice and cozy

This house is in a great location. Small, but with all you need for a great stay. Very clean inside and out. Nice yard to relax in. Over all very comfy and cozy. Host is very nice, helpful, and friendly. Definitely will stay again.

Very nice place

The cabin was so amazing. When we first walked in we was "Oh man look at this its so beautiful." It felt like we was at home. It was so down to earth and just like home. Loved the stay and the place. It is a experience that we will forsure be doing it again. We Loved It. And its a must everyone needs to check this place out.

It was fantastic! We just really liked a lot of the simple common sense things about the place. It was very toddler and baby safe. Neighbors were nice. Conveniently located near Walmart and local restaurants. Door dash delivers there. We will absolutely come back.

This house was one of the cleanest house we have ever rented. The neighborhood was great. The host were awesome. We had one small problem ,and host had someone there and it was taken care of in 10 minutes. We met the neighbors when we were outside one day. The neighbors were so kind,and friendly. House was very nice and comfortable.Just a great place to stay.Will highly recommended it ,and will probably rent again ,if it is available.

Mrs Evan’s was a kind responsive and very much accommodating to our needs even before we landed on her property. I was coming down for my granddaughter 2 nd birthday that almost didn’t happen due to our dog sitter. Me having a medium to large dog in my option she was very much willing to trust us to keep her beautiful home safe from a puppy. She communicated with in a few min and helped us with any questions we may have had. We will be hearting this house as it is right around the block to my daughter and son’s house. Our dog had a great first trip and we got some well needed family time. Thank you for you awesome hospitality. From the Newlands and my daughter Ms Welch.

It was great but there was a leak in the bathroom and we did report it but I am not aware of anyone looking at it because the bath mat remained wet during our stay and the floor around the toilet is extremely soft. I worried each time I used it I would fall through the floor.

Actually, the neighbor, who is a friend, did look at the shower and there was NO LEAK at all. The bath mat and floor was wet because the shower curtain was not INSIDE the shower tub. I gave you my husband’s number so he could figure out what was wrong, possibly have something fixed, or even accommodate your stay if there were PROBLEMS, but you never even called. So he had the cleaning lady and the neighbor to go check it out. There were people before and after your stay that didn’t have any trouble at all. I’m sorry that you felt there was a problem but you could’ve responded to the messages within VRBO as well. Thank you!

James and I are from NE AR., south of Jonesboro. We both work in Jonesboro, and our youngest son of 5, attends Westside Consolidated in Bono. We haven't ever been much of a "vacation family" due to our kids extra curricular activities. We have done everything from competitive sports, to school sports, horse shows, rodeos, while the youngest does a little bit of it all and plays live music in NEA and sometimes even Mtn. View!

This home belonged to my mother-in-law for about 10 years. She moved up here and completely remodeled this house after my father-in-law passed. During her time here, she made many friends. She enjoyed the safe, quiet neighborhood, the town, and the close proximity to the park, square, and town. Due to her health and wanting to be closer to family again, she decided to move back to Northeast Arkansas; therefore, we inherited the property. She still visits and stays in the home often, when it is unoccupied. Initially, my husband wanted to sell it, but my MIL enjoys coming back often; and we have come to enjoy our weekends away together updating the decor and enjoying all the things of the small town life. Our kids even love coming up here to listen to music, play music, shop, and enjoy the small peaceful vibe of the town.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This home provides a comfortable feeling of being at home. The decor is lively and fun when you step in the old fashioned Coca-Cola themed kitchen, but the remainder of the house gives you the small, country-cabin feeling with the hunting and wildlife themed decor. James and I have spent many hours searching internet, social media sites, flea markets, etc. looking for all "the just right pieces" to give it the feeling we wanted as a home away from. home. We will continue until we finally have each room decorated completely. We also decided to start bringing pieces in from all of the vacations we are taking together and with our kids. If you are coming in from a long distance, feel free to bring "a piece of home" and document it in your note in our composition book before leaving!
