Located on the Kotnikova Street, just steps from the main bus and train station, this apartment is an ideal choice for exploring the charms of Ljubljana and Slovenia. Only 700 meters from the picturesque Ljubljanica River and the historic city center, Ljubljana Central Suite Apartment Martin offers a perfect starting point for your urban adventures.
Comfortable Accommodation, recently renovated with a focus on modern design and comfort, this four-room apartment features three bedrooms: a smaller one with a single bed, a medium-sized one with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), and a larger bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and ample wardrobe space. The living room, with a comfortable corner sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), is equipped with a large LCD TV (CTV and Google TV), a work corner, a dining table, and air conditioning. It flows into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary amenities. The glazed balcony, extending from the living room, provides a cozy spot for relaxation. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, sink, and washing machine, and there’s an additional separate toilet with a sink.
Additional Comforts: Free WiFi, bedding, towels, iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer are available in the apartment.
Accessibility and Parking: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a secure multi-story building with an elevator. A free private parking spot in the underground garage (suitable for vehicles up to 5m in length) is also available, offering direct access to the apartment.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
