acabamos de agregar esta unidad a fines de febrero a nuestro inventario
decorado profesionalmente y con buen gusto, bonitos accesorios, este es un condominio excepcional donde no se han escatimado gastos, hemos considerado todas las comodidades para nuestros huéspedes. Está completamente equipado, con todos los utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama y toallas de las mejores marcas.
Habitaciones: bella y recientemente amueblada, esta casa de planta abierta está diseñada con buen gusto con un dormitorio principal con una cama king-size con todas las nuevas camas y baño en suite.

El segundo dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size,
y el tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas nuevas de tamaño completo.
Todas las habitaciones tienen nuevos televisores de pantalla plana de alta definición.
Este impresionante condominio tiene capacidad para un total de 8 personas en camas y ofrece un sofá seccional adicional en el área del Den

Hay una hermosa y elegante mesa de comedor y sillas para 8 asientos y 4 taburetes en el bar de la cocina.

Cocina:
No tengo ganas de salir, no hay problema. Entretener y cocinar es un placer en esta cocina moderna totalmente amueblada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Con la cocina abierta, el cocinero nunca se pierde ninguna de las conversaciones y puede compartir tiempo privado con amigos y familiares.

Otros servicios del condominio incluyen: lavadora, secadora, toallas, ropa de cama, cafetera, cocina completamente equipada y todos los utensilios gourmet para preparar una excelente comida, plancha, tabla de planchar, secador de pelo y mucho más.

Volleyball Tournament

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at this resort / condo complex. It is a safe environment and very good location to attractions, convention center, restaurants, airport, etc. I am surprised at how quiet it is in the condo, you do not hear other guests very much. We would stay here for our next trip without a doubt

Great place!

Great place with lots of space. Other than the smoke alarm beeping because of a dead battery and the AC resetting back to a higher temp after a couple of hours, we enjoyed the space and the amenities of the neighborhood.

Worked for us!

Nice super clean unit! We were in town for an event at the convention center and location was perfect. Pool was nice and even has a great bartender. The outdoor furniture desperately needs replacing. Sitting on the patio isn’t an option - it’s broken and pretty dilapidated. The walls in the building are paper thin so it’s a bit noisy. Depending on the neighbors you could be up late or up early. But overall the unit worked great for our 3 night stay.

Spacious, well-located, ideal vacation home for a family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is spacious, well furnished and is ideally located alongside Lake Cay. The balcony overlooks the lake and allows viewing of spectacular sunset vistas. Grocery store (Publix), pizza, Chinese, burger and bakery restaurants, and pharmacy (Walgreens) are within walking distance. Florida Mall and Wall-Mart are a short driving distance. Close to Universal Studios and Convention Centre. Disney is not too far. Airport is within fifteen to twenty minutes. There is a nice recreation centre within the property that has a pool, hot water spa and a bar/snack place. The place is equipped with cutlery, crockery and other kitchen tools which are quite adequate for short stays but these need to be supplemented for longer stays. For example, there are no serving platters and baking dishes are sparse. The staff is quite responsive, however, when asked to provide more stuff.The balcony furniture was a great disappointment and needs to be refurbished. One of the lounging chairs was broken and the settee was creaky -- you sat on it at your own peril! This marred our experience. if the balcony furniture were renewed/replaced, it would make this place ideal.Because of balcony and kitchen equipment issues, we have rated this property as four stars. If these issues are addressed, this property would be a five-star one.

Nice property

The apartment is very spacious, well kept, confortable and clean. When we arrived the access code was not working and it took several phone calls for them to have it sorted out. One important issue that was not disclosed prior to accessing the property is that the AC cannot be manipulated and must be kept at 72 at all times with the fans on which made the apartment very hot and uncomfortable at certain times of the day and a vent in the bathroom was leaking within the first hours of our arrival. Besides those couple of issues the apartment is a good rental for family vacation to the parks.

Condo iwith a view

This place was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable to stay in. The upper view of the late was also fantastic as we could watch the sunset and also see fireworks off on the distance. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Close to Orange Co Convention center

Stayed here while daughter played Volleyball at the Orange Co convention center - very close and convenient. Took a $10 uber each day to the convention center so we did not have to park and pay. Condo was very clean and spacious. Would stay here again.

Property location was perfect. Close to Disney and Universal with a lot of shopping and dining options minutes away. I wish the pool was larger and deeper, but was convenient to get to. Condo was very nice.

Reviewer Comments: Booked this apartment as we had stayed here pre-covid and really enjoyed our stay in what was then a well furnished apartment with high standards . The location and position of the apartment on Vista Cay is second to none. The apartment itself was generally clean . The negatives : there are no cereal bowls despite showing them in the brochure pictures , we had to buy some at publix across the road , there was no water jug , 3 frying pans were somewhat greasy and not clean ,as were the oven trays , insufficient serving dishes / salad bowls , the dining table has not been cared for , the veneer is split and chipped . The furniture on the verandah is damaged and was coming apart and the cushions are dirty and need renewing . All of these things were reported to Buena Vida homes without any action . All in all very disappointed in a property that was once well maintained and for that reason will definitely steer clear of it if we return to Vista cay . If you charge luxurious prices for rental it really needs to meet exacting standards . Please speak to the owners and ask them to refresh the furniture , particularly outside on verandah. its such a shame they have let it become a little run down .

Disappointing second stay

On arrival encountered a few problems which I made Buena Vida aware of , firstly when we arrived on Saturday pm we found the unit to be generally clean and tidy however the following morning we noticed some gum stuck into the rug in front of the TV which we managed to ease out to prevent us from standing in it , secondly patio furniture is in very poor condition ,one of the single chairs is dangerous and unusable due to its poor state of repair cushions on the patio chairs are also in very poor condition , old faded and make them look un-hygenic , Also informed them that I was not happy with the very basic amount of crockery supplied in the unit , e.g. there were no cereal bowls ( we bought some) , a jug for water , pans were not cleaned properly and had remnants of grease and old food on them before I used them I had to clean them . We have stayed in this apartment previously 3 years ago and found it to be outstanding which is why we booked . But will not return as none of the issues were addressed.

Perfect for our Week oin Orlando

We wanted a place where we could wake-up in the morning and have our coffee while catching up on work, etc, and be able to get away from the hotels where thousands of conference goers would be staying. This place was perfect. Quick drive to the conference center, very well put together, wifi worked GREAT, and we had our own little sanctuary from the chaos. We will be looking here again next year.

April 2022 Stay

Wonderful condo! The best we have stayed in so far at Vista Cay. Clean, well furnished, and the kitchen has the cooking items needed to accommodate meals in. The location is perfect for accessing attractions and also not being impacted by traffic. Monica was very responsive from the beginning of our reservation process through our stay. Vista Cay is a popular location and we had another rental cancelled less than 2 weeks before our arrival. That turned out to be a blessing as this unit had just become available. We will definitely stay again.
