Stay in a sun-filled, top-floor apartment in a new building steps from LACMA and Petersen Museum.
The space
This is my personal home, and I'm happy to share its comfort and warmth with my guests. I truly value style, convenience, and a cozy atmosphere — and I’ve made sure you’ll feel it in every corner of the apartment.
I’m always available if you need help, local tips, or recommendations for the best restaurants and hidden gems around. Feel free to reach out anytime — a good conversation is the start of a great stay!
- Master Bedroom
Spacious master suite with a king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, blackout curtains, private ensuite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet.
- Second Bedroom (Office/Guest Room)
Cozy second bedroom with a twin-size pull-out sofa, a full work desk, a large walk-in closet, and access to a second full bathroom.
- Living Room
Bright open-plan living room with an oversized comfy sofa, smart TV, and direct access to a sunny balcony with a beautiful street view.
- Kitchen
Fully equipped modern kitchen with a center island, stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, and glassware — perfect for home cooking.
- Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms: private master bathroom and a second guest-accessible bathroom, both with modern fixtures and fresh towels provided.
- Balcony
Spacious balcony on the sunny side, ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets, overlooking a quiet and charming street.
Guests have full access to:
- Stylish new swimming pool and sun lounge area
- Elegant outdoor BBQ and dining zone
- Brand-new fully equipped fitness center
- Sophisticated new clubhouse with work and lounge spaces
- 2 private parking spaces (one with EV charger)
All building amenities are newly built and available exclusively to residents and their guests.
House Rules
- Small dogs and cats are warmly welcomed with prior approval. A $100 pet fee applies per pet. Please kindly keep pets off the furniture.
- We kindly ask you to respect both the apartment rules and the building community rules.
Please note: violation of house or building policies (including noise, misuse of common areas, etc.) may lead to fines and early termination of the reservation without a refund.
Other Important Information
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
- No smoking, parties, or illegal activities allowed anywhere on the property.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please contact me for approval if you need to make changes.
- Please treat the home with care. Any damage to property or furnishings must be reported and may be subject to repair costs.
- Before checkout, please place any used dishes in the dishwasher and run it. A $50 fee applies if dishes are left dirty.
- For stays longer than 30 days, professional cleaning is required every two weeks at $140 per cleaning session.
By booking, you agree to follow all house and building rules to help maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone.
