Evenings are easy - stream a film on a 55" TV or curl up with a book while dinner simmers in the full kitchen. When it’s time to recharge, close the blackout curtains and let the calm take over. Pets are welcome to roam the fully fenced front gravel area while you unwind.

Two comfortable bedrooms offer space to spread out. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a 55" TV, and a desk with chair for focused work. The second bedroom features a queen bed. Soft linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage help you settle in.

The living area invites relaxed downtime with a sofa and a second 55" TV for movies or streaming. Fast WiFi at 272 Mbps keeps everything connected, and an Ethernet connection plus a dedicated workspace support remote work.
Kitchen & dining
Cook at home with a well-equipped kitchen - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a hot water kettle. You’ll find cooking basics including pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, as well as dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a baking sheet. A coffee maker and coffee are provided to start your mornings right. Gather at the dining table to plan the day’s explorations.
Bathroom
A clean, practical bathroom features a shower-tub combination, hot water, a spacious vanity, fresh towels, and provided shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer.
Outdoor living & parking
Let your four-legged companions enjoy the fully fenced front gravel area - the backyard is reserved for the property owner. Arrivals are simple with a private entrance and self check-in via keypad. You’ll have a designated garage space and ample free street parking.
Practical comforts
In-suite washer and dryer make longer stays easy. The home includes air conditioning and heating, plus safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Babysitter recommendations are available. Assistance animals are always allowed.
