Este nuevo hogar de un diseñador local está configurado para disfrutar el verano en Saratoga. Gran sala de estar, cocina y comedor están abiertos entre sí. Habitación de pantalla grande con vistas a la granja de caballos de carreras al otro lado de la calle. Encimeras de granito en la cocina y baños. Estufa Wolf con rejilla interior y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Dos de las 3 habitaciones están en el primer piso. El tercer dormitorio de arriba tiene un área de sofá / TV. Hoyo de fuego y mesa de picnic en el patio cercado. Múltiples televisores con cable y wifi. Primer piso de lavandería. Poco más de 1 milla a la pista de carreras de caballos. Al otro lado de la calle del campo de golf nacional de Saratoga.

This house was listed exactly as we found it.Perfect location, close to everything. And yes a wonderful view of a lovey horse farm from the screened back porch. And to top it all, it’s beautifully decorated. And oh the beds are super comfortable.

Great location and great house

This house was just as described. We had a great stay and really enjoyed watching the horses across the street. A short drive to the races. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Home & Location

This property was perfect for our stay in Saratoga. Location is the best, 1.5 miles to the track entrance and easy access to downtown Saratoga.House is a real hidden gem. Wonderful property & screened in porch, having a wonderful view of the horses and stable area. Very quiet and the amenities of the property are quite nice. Would stay again, no questions asked. Everything was perfect!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at your house in Saratoga. The house was incredible, comfortable, and provided so much room for all of us. We especially enjoyed spending time in the screened in porch and gathering around the fire pit. We will definitely look to stay here again!

The house was absolutely beautiful! Denise was great to work with, very accommodating. The listing had a hot tub listed as an amenity but there wasn’t one and Denise was so nice in explaining the misinformation and even left us money to get a drink on her, which wasn’t needed but was so sweet! Definitely will book again with our family!

Excellent home in a great location

This is our second time staying at this house, and it probably won't be the last. This lovely home is very comfortable, including the screened-in back porch to drink your morning coffee while watching the horses across the street. Great location with easy access to the highway and into town.

Great property close to racetrack

Beautiful and comfortable house. 5 adults stayed there and our parting words were, can we stay there next year. Close to grocery stores and the track but you feel like you are in the country. House is great with all necessary amenities. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about this home. Property is gorgeous (right across the street from a horse farm). Home is absolutely beautiful. Location is perfect for the race track. I would definitely stay again if I am going to Saratoga!

Beautiful Saratoga home! Perfect for 3 couples with a gorgeous view. This rental has everything you might need during your stay. Kitchen is amazing with supplies galore. Denise is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Look forward to returning.

Fantastic home, with a great location. Close to The town of Saratoga Springs and the racetrack.

Lovely home with all of the amenities you could think of. Looks almost brand new. Great inside and out. Fantastic location. Cold course very close and a beautiful thorobred horse farm directly across the street. Just a beautiful location. Denise is very conscientious and committed to making my stay as positive as it could be. I will definitely rent this home next summer for my Saratoga trip.

Always amazing staying at this house! So central and convenient to everything! You just feel so relaxed and welcome in this beautiful home. A jewel box filled with everything you need and always impeccably clean. Go one direction and in less than 5 minutes you’re at the lake , go in the other direct in 5 minutes there’s a lovely grocery store, go in yet another direct BOTH tracks flats and trotters and the casino.are under 5 minutes .. Yet you are in the heart of horse country minus the smell. Peace quiet and lovely view from the back porch. Drink your morning coffee sitting on the back porch watching the horses frolicking .relax unwind and enjoy.. .

Lovely home in a beautiful setting

We totally enjoyed our visit. We loved the location. Close to the hub of downtown but enough removed that it was in a relaxed environment. We loved the view of the beautiful horses across the street. The home is warm, welcoming and beautifully appointed (it is obvious that the owner is a decorator). We had everything that we needed and then some. My sister drinks decaf coffee, my husband and I drink regular and we had two coffee pots. The beds were very comfortable. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Perfection

As a rental owner myself I am keen on matching my esthetics to those of the properties we personally vacation in. This property ticks all the boxes and then some Beautifully decorated and maintained. Spotless..in and out. Location was perfect for Saratoga race track, Saratoga arts, Skidmore .college Lake Saratoga and many fine restaurants . We just used the main floor but the house could accommodate a large family easily . Or two couples with kids …the screened in porch and the lovely breezes were a welcome respite from the heat of our home on the gulf coast of florida . Everything about this home is wonderfully thought out .. Only suggestion.. a Pool! Would be the cherry on top! We will be back next season! Thank you!

Beautiful Home

Home As advertised. House is located short distance from exit of highway easy to get to and is approx 1.5 mi to the race track. If you do not want to be in the crowded downtown then do consider this home as it is still close enough to track. restaurants and other attractions. The house has been completely updated and is well cared for. Denise was available to reach for any questions. The home is ideal for a couple or 2 couples . There are 2 bedrms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor. Upstairs there is no bathroom which could be inconvenient if there were children or guests staying on 2nd flr. What really sets this house apart from the others is that it is located across the street from a horse farm so you have a built in view of horses grazing and roaming in pastures on and off all through the day. Beds were extremely comfortable. High end Home. Would stay again in the future. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
