This oceanfront condo at Boardwalk Oceanfront Resort features indoor & outdoor pools, a lazy river, kiddie pool & hot tubs! Enjoy your drinks on the private 1st-floor balcony where the skyline offers both sunrise & sunset cloudscapes! The balcony has views of the lazy river, palm trees & the ocean! With 2 queen beds plus a full murphy bed, there's room to sleep 6 in this 1 bdrm condo!

You’ll be in the heart of Myrtle Beach, minutes from world-class golf courses, the Convention Center, Broadway at the Beach, and walking distance to the 21st Avenue restaurants just around the corner.

Our unit is one floor off the ground, accessible via elevator or stairs.

The Space:

This condo featuring the living room on the ocean side of the building. If you sleep in the murphy bed, you can wake up to views of palm trees!

Unlike some units, our condo features interior doors on both sides of the galley-style kitchen, which allow privacy in the bedroom and/or living room while maintaining access to the kitchen and bathroom for other guests.

You will have direct access to the condo, with NO FRONT DESK CHECK-IN! You will also have access to:

-The entire condo with the exception of one locked owner's closet
-Indoor HEATED pool
-Outdoor pool and a kiddie pool
-Indoor and outdoor hot tubs
-Outdoor lazy river
-Beachfront lawn with tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs amongst the palm trees
-Free parking in front of the building (limited spaces) or diagonally across the road in the parking garage. ---Parking passes will be in your room upon arrival.
-Free access to ice machines

*We do provide a couple of small beach chairs. Please clean them off before bringing them back into the unit. We don't guarantee prime condition of these chairs, due to use and abuse from guests, but if you find one to be missing, broken or worn out please let me know!

-The Boardwalk is a NON-SMOKING resort (including vaping). Smoking is prohibited in the condo, on balconies, and in common spaces.

-This condo is rented through an off-site property manager. The guest services building across the street is not available for guests of this unit.

-Before your arrival, the condo will be professionally cleaned and stocked with towels, linens, mini soap & shampoos, etc. Mid-stay housekeeping may be provided (for a fee), depending on the availability of the cleaner.

-Travel insurance is recommended. We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as the availability of resort amenities, the weather, changes to your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive late, or cancel your stay.

-The jets in the tub do not currently work. We are trying to see if that can be repaired!

-The laundry room in located in the building next door on the ground floor.

-Pest control sprays inside the units on the first Tuesday of the following months: February, April, June, August, October, December. It's mandatory that they be allowed in to spray.

-You may find upgraded furnishings upon arrival. We are working on some improvements, and the photos will be updated once all are complete. You won't be disappointed!

-There is potential for noise from the pool area downstairs and sometimes from traffic on Ocean Blvd

-Suggestions on what to bring: Beach towels, sunblock, sunglasses, blue tooth speaker, travel games for rainy days, a good book, small cooler, insulated tumblers, your favorite k-cups, and your streaming passwords.
