The views from the apartment are to a park close-by. There is also a centralized thermal cooling system in the apartment for hot summer days.

The location of this apartment is superb. There is a tram stop right next to the building that you can use to access the Tampere downtown with ease. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood where you can get to known the city like a local.
