Welcome to your new home away from home in Turku! This bright, spacious and cozy first-floor two-bedroom apartment is the perfect choice for your stay. With all necessary amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, and a comfortable living room, you`ll have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The convenient location allows for easy access to public transportation and various attractions in Turku. You`ll also get to Raisio quickly by car.

One of the best things about this apartment is the private parking space included in the booking. So if you`re traveling by car, you can rest assured that you`ll have a safe and convenient place to park.

As you enter the apartment, you`ll find a hallway that leads to every room. Here, you can hang your coats and store your shoes, keeping the rest of the apartment clutter-free.

The bathroom can be accessed through the hallway or directly from the kitchen. This large bathroom features a shower and a washing machine. The connecting door allows for privacy between the shower and toilet areas.

The master bedroom offers plenty of closet space and a comfortable queen-size bed (160cm wide). You`ll also have access to the balcony from this room, where you can enjoy beautiful views and relax after a long day. Sheets and towels are provided, so you can pack light for your trip.

The second bedroom features two cozy beds (120cm wide each) and ample closet space. Both bedrooms can be closed off for added privacy.

The living room is a great place to unwind after a busy day. You can sit on the comfortable sofa and gaze out the window at the peaceful farmyard. This room is spacious and can accommodate up to two additional guests on the extra beds provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table for four, a dishwasher, two refrigerators, a freezer, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and all the necessary dishes and cutlery. There`s plenty of room for multiple people to use the kitchen comfortably.

The balcony offers a lovely view of the housing company`s yard, which includes a children`s playground and an outdoor seating area. It`s the perfect spot to watch the sunsets and enjoy warm summer evenings.

If you`re traveling with young children, we can provide a travel cot, high chair, and potty in the apartment upon request.

The apartment is conveniently located just five kilometers from Turku`s downtown area, making it a great spot for shopping and entertainment. You can easily reach the city center by bus or car, giving you easy access to all the city has to offer. Buses run about every 10 minutes.

Jarkko Nieminen Arena and Impivaara swimming pool are 1.2 km away on foot.
- The apartment is quiet from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM
- No parties in the apartment
- No candles in the apartment under any circumstances
- No additional guests without the host`s permission
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment
- Always make sure that the windows and door are locked when you leave the apartment. The front door to the stairwell must be pushed firmly shut and make sure that it is locked
- Nothing other than toilet paper may be put in the toilet seat. Also make sure that you do not throw too much paper at a time so that the seat does not get blocked

For violations of the above rules, a fee of €500 + costs incurred will be charged.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, window or balcony
- E-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in the apartment, window or balcony
- The use of matches, lighters or other fire-making equipment is strictly prohibited

- The apartment key must be kept safe, if the key is lost, we will charge an additional fee

The new/unmade bed linen and towels in the closet are for the next guests, please do not touch them! If more bed linen and towels have been used than the number of people in the reservation, we will charge €40/set of extra bed linen. However, if you have an accident and need new bed linen, please contact this host. Thank you for your understanding!
