Please be more specific regarding the cleanliness of the property. You did not tell us if any issues during your stay, and we would like to make sure to do better in the future. We have been in this business for 10 years, and cleanliness has not been a concern of guests. Without more detail, I think that you may have an issue that you have not listed here. Certainly, there one would think that if the property was not clean, you would have mentioned that and asked for a partial refund. Also, thank you for alerting us to the shortage of forks. Without guests telling us issues, it’s difficult to do better. Again, anxiously awaiting your response regarding the cleanliness of the property.
