Magnífica vista desde la terraza con vistas al valle hasta el mar

Alojamiento ideal para la naturaleza, excursionistas, playa, y para familias, parejas y amigos o que buscan recreación.

En mi casa rústica en la planta baja ofrezco un espacioso apartamento con una terraza para tomar el sol y una magnífica vista panorámica al mar.

Tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Cuenta con una amplia sala de estar y comedor, tres dormitorios, cocina totalmente equipada, dos baños \ ducha y terraza.
Los huéspedes tienen acceso a todo el apartamento y al jardín de la planta baja.
Bajando las escaleras en el jardín es la zona de barbacoa donde te puedes sentar y relajarte escuchar pájaros cantar, leer un libro disfrutar del jardín de flores está equipado con una mesa de jardín y sillas, dos hamacas y una pequeña parrilla de carbón. La fruta está disponible para mis misiones en temporada.

He reservado un lugar de estacionamiento en frente de la casa, para mis invitados.
Este lugar es perfecto si buscas un lugar tranquilo. Está un poco lejos de la ciudad principal de Madeira (Funchal) 30 minutos, pero si buscas algo tranquilo, eso es lo que quieres.
Con una playa de arena a 8 minutos, las montañas a 20 minutos de la casa (en Calheta). Esta es también la razón por la que realmente necesita tener un automóvil para moverse.
Para su comodidad, Internet inalámbrico gratuito está disponible en todo el apartamento, incluido el jardín.

This property was perfect for our stay on Madeira. We wanted to be outside Funchal and experience the more rural, local life. This fit the bill! A car is essential but we needed one for the hikes and visits to other parts of the island we had planned. Madelina was a great host and gave us good information. Beds are not large but worked out fine for the 5 large adults in our group. I would recommend this if you’re looking to see much of the island and don’t mind driving.

Die Lage der Wohnung war ideal für unseren Urlaub zur Inselerkundung und zum Wandern und Baden. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Madalena empfangen, die immer sehr hilfsbreit und unkompliziert war.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles notwendige (und mehr) vorhanden und funktionstüchtig, auch wenn man wenigen Kleinigkeiten ihre Jahre ansieht. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist - wie beschrieben - grandios, nicht nur der Blick über das Tal zum Meer, auch in Madalenas blühenden Garten. Wir haben das alles sehr genossen und können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Nice vacation

It was our first vacation in Madeira. The apartment is quietly located and fully equipped with everything you need. The view from the terrace is beautiful. We really appreciated having our own parking space in front of the door. The host is very friendly and interested and gave us great tips for planning excursions. The apartment is a great starting point for excursions in all directions.

Das Apartment ist groß und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die elektrische Heizung hat ausgereicht. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist die herrliche große Terrasse und der Blick über Gärten, Natur zum Meer.Die Gastgeberin ist sehr liebenswürdig und herzlich und hat uns mit Früchten aus ihrem Garten verwöhnt.

Viel Platz und schöne Lage

Wir haben unseren 14Tage- Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung im Hause der sehr netten Vermieterin ist sehr groß und alles notwendige - und mehr - ist vorhanden. Die grosse, teilweise überdachte Terrasse mit Meerblick ist genial, auch wenn es mal regnen sollte. Madalena, die Vermieterin ist immer hilfreich und absolut unkompliziert, wenn es irgendetwas zu klären gibt. Leider braucht man - aber das gilt wohl für die meisten Unterkünfte auf Madeira - unbedingt ein Auto. Um irgendwo hinzukommen, muss man mal schnell mindestens 300 Höhenmeter runter und wieder rauf, da würde ohne Auto ein Supermarkteinkauf schnell zur Tagestour.. . Vielen Dank an Madalena für die freundliche Unterbringung !!

Wonderful Time

We stayed at the "Casa da Fontes dos Castanheiros" for a fortnight and felt very comfortable. Madalena gave us a very friendly welcome, explained and showed us everything at check-in and gave us recommendations for exploring the island. The flat is very spacious, very clean and very well equipped. The best thing is the large balcony with the marvellous view over the valley to the sea. It is very quiet, you can hear a few dogs barking from time to time. It is country life! Madalena is a very warm hostess, very helpful. We had some very nice and interesting conversations. We really enjoyed the bananas, cookies and especially the salad from the garden.

Tolle Wohnung mit Meerblick und netten Vermieterin

Wir haben 11 Tage in Madalenas Haus verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war gross (wir waren nur zu zweit), sehr sauber und bequem. Das Beste daran - der wirklich große Balkon mit Meerblick. Wir haben unser Frühstück draußen immer sehr genossen. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch, dass jeden Tag morgens ein Auto mit frischen Brötchen vorbei kommt! Madalena ist super nett, extrem hilfsbeteit und tut alles, damit sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen. Wir haben uns mit ihr oft unterhalten und auch gute Tipps bekommen. Sie wird uns auf jeden Fall als eine der nettesten Vermitterinnen in der Erinnerung beliben!

Nice apartment

Friendly and helpful lady (owner). Big house with all you need! Even the wifi is of the latest version. You can sit outside with a nice view. If it is colder or with rain you can sit under the roof. Kitchen fully equipped, perfect shower and cozy living room. Recommended!

Un séjour des plus agréables dans un décor de campagne. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Nous y avons pris plusieurs repas et passé de belles soirées. Madalena est vraiment avenante et d'une grande gentillesse. Elle nous a offert des belles gâteries et beaucoup d'informations. Nous recommandons. Une voiture est nécessaire pour profiter à plein de cette section de l'île. Merci à notre charmante hôte.

YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!❤️

Elise, Klariza, and I truthfully cannot emphasize enough how incredible our stay here has been! Madalena’s apartment became our home away from home. We love how her home comes fully equipped with everything you will need!!! The location is another amazing factor of this place!! It’s close to many leveda trails, the Fanal forest, Calheta beach, and a grocery store! The girls and I quickly fell into a routine of cooking breakfast together and eating at the balcony, while enjoying the beautiful view! Preparing our sandwiches for our hikes and sightseeing stops. Heading down to the beach 7 mins. away in the evening. Then, just before heading back we grab our groceries which is right beside the beach. We then end our day the same way we started it! We cook dinner together and have our meal on the balcony enjoying the sunset view. It has truly been a treat to stay at Madalena’s place. She is an incredible host who is very kind, attentive and we also very much appreciated all the tips and advice that she gave us! I cannot recommend her place enough and I cannot wait to come back with my family in the future! :)

Vacances mémorables et reposantes

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Madère, d'une part dû à l'accueil chaleureux et à la gentillesse de Madalena durant tout notre séjour. D'autre part par les différents paysages que comporte l'île, tous différents suivant l'endroit où l'on se trouve. Il faut profiter des belles randonnées et des bords de mer. Nous nous sommes détendus dans le jardin très bien entretenu par Madalena (arbres fruitiers, diverses variétés de fleurs colorées..), reposant pour bouquiner tranquillement.

Agréable séjour

Madalena est accueillante et sa maison agréable. Bien placée à Calheta nous avons pu rayonner sur l'île et profiter de ses beaux paysages. Un peu juste au niveau de la vaisselle mais on n'était pas là pour faire de la grande cuisine. Petit jardin sympathique pour prendre l'air le soir. Le séjour nous laissera un bon souvenir.

Wir verbrachten 16 wunderbare Tage in Madalenas Appartement und es wurde in kürzester Zeit ein schönes Zuhause. Nach unseren täglichen Aktivitäten genossen wir stets die traumhafte Terrasse um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Der Garten versorgte uns mit frischen Kräutern und anderen netten Dingen. Wunderbar ist, dass täglich (außer sonntags) gegen 9:30 Uhr der Bäcker mit seinem Auto vor die Tür gefahren kommt und ein großes Sortiment zu günstigen Preisen anbietet. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant ist fußläufing zu erreichen. Madalena war stets für jede Frage und Tipps ansprechbar und sehr bemüht, damit es uns an nichts fehlt. Das Haus ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um in kurzer Zeit viele Ziele im Süden, Westen und Norden zu erreichen. Gerade diese Gegend ist vom Tourismus nicht so extrem frequentiert, so dass man die Natur sehr genießen kann. Jederzeit würden wir diese Wohnung noch einmal mieten!

Tolle Lage, sauber, ruhig

Wir waren insgesamt 8 Tage in dieser Wohnung. Madalena, die Vermieterin, hat uns warmherzig in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es ist genug Platz, um sich auch einmal länger hier aufzuhalten, drinnen, auf dem großen Balkon oder auch im Kleine gepflegten Garten. Die Lage ist, abgesehen von ein paar Hunden in der Nachbarschaft, sehr ruhig. Ein Auto ist allerdings zu empfehlen.

Awesome view and very spacious apartment - perfect for families

We spent the second half of our two weeks holiday in this apartment and there is only positive things to say : beautiful view on the ocean, enough space and a garden which can be used, which also provides some fruits and herbs. Madalena prepared the flat for our 13 month boy, so everything was baby safe. It's perfect for families, quiet neighbor hood and a small super market which is down the road. Felt like they are mostly closed, but maybe you are lucky. Definitely recommendable apartment with Madalena as a kind host.

A great accommodation with fantastic extras!

We rented this house for two weeks in August and were really happy with the accommodation and the owner, Madalena, who was not short on explaining every detail to us and helping us out with questions about the island and smaller stuff. The location of this accomodation was on a mountain hill with a beautiful view onto the ocean. The first day, we just hung out on the terrace to absorb the beautiful surroundings and the nice weather. Madalena's garden offers a variety of herbs, fruits and vegetables, which you are free to pick whenever you like - to enhance a cocktail or spice up a meal. I found myself snatching a lot of basil for our Madeiran pasta! There is also a BBQ and furniture in the garden. There is a large supermarket ca. 7 minutes of driving, at the bottom of the mountain, right next to a beach and hotels - the "Pingo Doce" - this market offers everything you need for your stay. I strongly recommend checking out the fresh fish they are offering - but be prepared to talk some Portuguese to the fish sellers! Nights can become a bit cool, but the owner has you covered with blankets and a heater, just in case. During our stay, we didn't need the heater at all. Two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms are a true luxury if you're 2 people and almost essential if you're a large family. This house has all the space you will ever need. The kitchen looks fantastic and has accommodated all our needs. Secret bonus tip: only a 7 minutes walk from the house, downhill, there is a restaurant called "As Fontes do Horácio" - this place doesn't look quite like much because it also seems to serve as the local pub/café but I strongly recommend ordering lunch or dinner there - you will be thoroughly impressed - especially with the paella and the seafood dishes. We had a great stay on Madeira and will remember our vacation with fond memories!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Madalena begrüßt. Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kompletter Austattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und dürften den Garten mitbenutzen,sowie die angebauten Kräuter und Obst und Gemüsesorten.

Très agréable

La location est très bien située, à 5mn de la plage de Calheta et du supermarché; près de la voie rapide pour se rendre dans d'autres secteurs de l'île; mais sur les hauteurs, donc tranquille. La maison est très spacieuse, très propre, et contient tout l'équipement nécessaire. La terrasse est super agréable pour prendre un verre ou pour les repas. (Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petits déjeuners avec vue sur mer...). On peut aller dans le jardin, se reposer sur la pelouse, profiter des fleurs... Madalena est vraiment très accueillante et sympathique. Un petit cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait à l'arrivée; elle nous a apporté des pommes de terre et oignons fraîchement cueillis; on a même la possibilité de cueillir des herbes aromatiques, des légumes et des fruits dans le jardin...C'est très généreux de sa part! Elle est également toujours prête à répondre à nos questions, à nous renseigner et nous conseiller. Elle est à l'écoute, très présente, tout en étant très discrète (même en habitant juste au-dessus). Nous n'avons que du positif à dire! Nous conseillons sans hésitation à ceux qui recherchent le calme est la simplicité.Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez nous. Madalena, merci encore pour tout!
