PROPIEDAD INCREÍBLE !! CASA MUY PRIVADA Y MUY AMPLIA, INCLUYE PASO VIP AL CLUB PRIVADO DE PLAYA.
Te invitamos a escapar a nuestro hermoso escondite de Hawai. La lujosa casa adosada de lujo está ubicada en una comunidad privada cerrada dentro del exuberante complejo de Mauna Lani. Nuestra casa está muy bien equipado con el nuevo superior de los muebles de línea tropicales. La disposición Lehua es una planta abierta con varios de terraza y completamente retráctil puertas corredizas de vidrio para aprovechar al máximo el estilo de vida interior / exterior de Hawai. Abundan los servicios que incluyen acceso a una piscina de forma libre y sala de ejercicios dentro del complejo Villages, acceso a la playa del Mauna Lani Beach Club privado, a poca distancia de los principales complejos turísticos de Mauna Lani, The Shops at Mauna Lani y el spa y gimnasio Mauna Lani Centrar.

Aunque los restaurantes gourmet están a un corto paseo, si decide cocinar su propia comida gourmet en casa, la cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita, incluidos utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, cajones para lavavajillas, isla de preparación con fregadero, refrigerador grande Sub Zero , encimeras de granito y en el lanai principal, una parrilla Weber de gama alta.

En el segundo piso, el dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama de matrimonio, vestidor con armarios empotrados, un gran cuarto de baño con doble lavabo, bañera y ducha. También hay un televisor de pantalla plana con conexión por cable y una terraza privada confortables. El segundo dormitorio del segundo piso está amueblado con dos camas individuales, cuarto de baño con ducha, un amplio armario y un televisor de pantalla plana con acceso por cable.

De vuelta en la primera planta, la tercera habitación está amueblada con una cama de matrimonio, privado cuarto de baño con ducha, un gran armario y TV de pantalla plana por cable. Al otro lado del pasillo, encontrará un medio baño con un lavadero adjunto que incluye una lavadora y secadora Fisher Paykel de tamaño completo.

Existen dos del exterior abierto en el primer piso. La terraza principal está equipado con una gama alta Weber parrilla, gran mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 - 8 adultos y dos tumbonas de lujo. Adicionalmente fans fuera de techo se han instalado para asegurar que siempre hay acceso a una brisa cómoda. El segundo lanai más pequeño se encuentra fuera de la cocina y es un lugar maravillosamente tranquilo y privado para tomar un café por la mañana, tomar un cóctel por la tarde, leer un libro o simplemente pasar el rato. La unidad incluye WIFI GRATUITO y ESTACIONAMIENTO.

Villages 2024

We loved your beautiful home and we love the Villages at mauna Lani! We try to come to visit every year. We felt it was very well equipped but missing laundry detergent so I used my own for beach towels and would’ve loved an ice chest to take to the beach.

Cozy & Beautiful

Unit 621 is everything as described. This was the perfect accommodation for my family of four plus my daughter’s friend. The ladies enjoyed their twin bed en-suite, while my soon was a king in the downstairs en-suite. Well built too as the unit shares a wall and we never heard the other guest at all. House is fully stocked for everything you’ll need to prepare meals on. Easy access to the on property gym, pool and jacuzzi as well as a short drive to the Beach Club. Get there early for a cabana or take your time and simply use the beach chairs and umbrella from the unit. Hope to make it back soon!

I have stayed in other properties on the same street that had better amenities, such as spices for cooking, access to garage ( nice to have if you are traveling with bicycles), no restrictions on the AC. Overall it fit our needs but not as accommodating for travelers as other units.

Condo was in acceptable condition but showing its age. Plumbing fixtures were old and were marginal in performance. Weatherstripping on front door allows large insects to enter condo. Kitchen appliances were functional but old. The community pool is small.

Condo was well equipped with everything we needed including lots of beach gear and beach towels. Big bedrooms with lots of closet space, and each bedroom with its own bathroom is a big plus. Lovely, big patio with great bbq, too. Close to store, coffee shop and smoothie shop! We were able to walk most places and were happy to have access to the beach. Beds are comfortable, and they have plenty of towels and beach equipment. We appreciated the snorkeling sets and umbrella. The Beach Club card is a special reason for coming with a beautiful cove, cabanas, and a restaurant. The only thing missing were simple condiments like salt and pepper, mustard, etc. There was nothing in the cabinets, unlike one of the other units we rented last year. The management is most helpful, and offered to reimburse us for these, but we just left them for future guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, my two kids and my mom stayed at the condo for ten days. We found it to be roomy and comfortable. The decor was very tasteful. Each room has its own bathroom which is very nice. The kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor space is pretty and there is a nice grill. There were four boogie boards available to use and even looked like there was some snorkeling equipment. I loved snorkeling at the beach nearby. This is one of my favorite beaches and the restaurant there is good. We could walk to the Mani Lani shops which was great. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was a little exercise room available. We were about ten minutes from Hapuna beach. Overall a great place to enjoy the big island and I would stay there again.

Great Stay with Suggested Improvements

Our group of 6 (single dad w/2 daughters + couple w/1 daughter) very much enjoyed our 6 day stay at this beautiful unit. The unit is very well appointed with lovely & comfortable furnishings, well stocked bath and beach towels, beach/pool gear (w/1 exemption) and nearly all of the needed kitchen gear (dishes, glassware, pots, pans & utensils). We made good use of the beach club going on 4 separate days and enjoyed the pool each day. All this being said there were some areas we believe that could use some enhancements that prevented us from giving only 4 out of 5 star rating. - We knew about the lack of regular coffee maker so we purchased and left a decent 12 cup machine (we hope this stays for the enjoyment of future guests - we found it silly there was only a Kerig single serve machine) - We made good use of the bodyboards, beach chairs and pool noodles but it could really use a beach umbrella that is typically supplied with most rental units - My married couple friends reported that the master bedroom bed was squeaky and a bit sunken on 1 side - And yes the 1 issue that nearly all other reviews mention: there was absolutely no basic kitchen staples (not even salt & pepper!). We find this both ridiculous and maddening!! I don't know if this is an property manager policy, owner issue or COVID concern but as a experienced vacation property renter this is a serious expectation so please get with the times and stock basic supplies or retain the ones left by renters like we did. Lastly just some comments on the "on the ground" issues currently going on in Hawai'i (as of mid-August 2021) that are not related to this unit: - Masks are required for all indoor spaces (stores, restaurants including outdoor dining) - Restaurants are still at 50% capacity so get reservations or get on the waitlist early and know that most hotel dining is not available to outside guests - In case you don't know yet, rental cars are in very short supply & very expensive (4 x higher than my last trip in 2019) so reserve your car early or try a rideshare rental such as Turo So all & all it was wonderful night stay and would consider this property again if the issues above are improved. Great Family Spot

Reviewer Comments: The unit is wonderful and quick access to the private beach and pool are unbeatable... we had a great time and even better support from Kohala Coast Properties :) We were traveling with a toddler and when the clothes dryer stopped working it might have been a disaster due to amount of laundry toddlers can generate, but Michelle had a repair person on site within 4 hours on a Saturday which was really above and beyond.Overall the rental is wonderful and worth every penny, but if pressed for constructive feedback I'd mention that there isn't a stereo or speakers you can pair to your phone in the rental (which would be nice to have) and that the shades in the living room might need to be replaced as they seem on their last legs... but otherwise the unit was perfect for us!

A major advantage that should not be missed or forgotten is access to the club area which has a “private” beach with lounge chairs , a beautiful snorkeling area to the left near the rock out droppings and excellent food at the “clubhouse” restaurant . There are beautiful walls on the coast as well .
