Hardwood floors, high end appliances and granite counters in the kitchen and baths will complete the feeling of your indulgent get away! The living spaces of the condo are spread over 3 floors with the kitchen and living space on the 1st floor, the 1st bedroom and bath on the 2nd floor and the final bedroom and bath on the 3rd floor. A basement houses the full size washer and dryer. Ease with stair climbing is essential to the comfort of your stay. High-speed internet and a smart TV for streaming services are provided, as are all of your basic kitchen, bath and bedding needs. The condo is located in the very heart of OTR so city noises are inevitable and should be expected. Parking is not provided but public lots are available just around the block on Vine Street or just one block away in the security of the covered parking under Washington Park. Special rates are available in the lots for overnight parking. Parking briefly in front of the condo for loading and unloading is available.
