10 out of 10. Would highly recommend renting this place. Angel was incredibly easy to communicate with and the property is great. Next time I’m here I will definitely be renting again…

Our stay was great. The house was neat and well-put-together. My children loved playing on the pool table. Also, communication with the host was exceptional.

Great place to stay. Host was very responsive and helpful. My friend showed up earlier than check in time and she communicated quickly with myself and help them get into the house which was not needed since they were early. Would highly recommend.

Everything was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it had everything you would need if you would like to make meals there. The bathrooms supply q-tips, floss, shower caps, toothbrushs, and even contact solution in case you left toiletries at home. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Clean space. Plenty of towels. Wi-Fi was excellent. Plenty of space. Only problems, if you are disabled or older you may think about the fact the stairs are steep and the treads are narrow and difficult to climb up/down. The couches are uncomfortable and the beds are very low to the floor. Appliances are very nice. Enjoyed the pool table. It is in a safe neighborhood and neighbors are friendly and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Owner very respectful.

We booked this home because it was listed as a luxury property, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to that description. It looks like it may have once been very nice, but it’s showing a lot of wear — scuffs on the walls, holes in the ceiling, cracks in the floor, and several broken light and water fixtures. It also wasn’t super clean, and the mailbox was overflowing with old mail.On the positive side, the shower pressure was great, and the kitchen and laundry appliances were newer and worked well. However, the amenities were very limited — only two forks, minimal towels, paper-thin pillows, and nearly empty cupboards. The furniture was sparse, and the space didn’t comfortably accommodate 7 people as advertised; the couches and fold-out seat were not suitable for sleeping.The photos online didn’t match the current condition of the home, and overall it felt more like a heavily used rental than a luxury stay. It was adequate for a short visit, but definitely not what we expected based on the listing.

I would NEVER recommend for someone to stay at this property. The neighborhood doesn’t feel safe. The pictures are inaccurate. One of the ac window units was blowing black stuff out. I informed the property manager and he/she offered to have housekeeping come back. Last time I checked housekeeping can’t maintenance an AC unit. I had several uber drivers asking us why we stayed in the area. The dishes were dirty and so were the pots and pans. The tile in the kitchen is broken and you can hear it shifting as you walk. It’s frustrating that they are listed as a premier host. I felt like I was severally mislead when finding this property. Also, this is not located in the “City of Orange” when I called VRBO customer service they say it’s in Newark. Previous reviews say they brought children with them here and would come back again… we were 5 adult females and decided we would never want to go back because we didn’t feel safe. It was dirty, holes in the wall and far from tranquil/serene.
