Welcome to your Girdwood getaway—a newly built mountain retreat in a quiet wooded neighborhood just minutes from Alyeska Resort. Surrounded by sweeping, unobstructed mountain views, this home combines luxury, comfort, and year-round adventure.
One of the home`s most unique features is its three king bedrooms, each with a private en suite bathroom, making it ideal for families, couples traveling together, and groups of friends. The main level includes two king suites plus a flexible den with a sofa, twin bunk beds, a large TV, board games, and arcade games.
Upstairs, you`ll find a bright open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped chef`s kitchen with premium appliances, a spacious dining area, and a comfortable lounge—all framed by stunning alpine scenery. The third king suite with a private en suite bathroom is also located on this level.
Step outside to the upper deck to enjoy the fire pit and Blackstone griddle while taking in the mountain views. After a day skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, or exploring Girdwood, unwind in the custom-built sauna just steps from the front door.
Additional amenities include in-floor heating throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, and an arctic entry for storing skis, bikes, and outdoor gear.

Modern, clean and nicely decorated place with an amazing view. We had such a fun time with our family at Graham's place. It was ideally located between Anchorage and Seward as stop with aerial tram and Virgin Creek Trail nearby for fun day activities.

The house was in a great location, walking distance in the summer months but we drove while on our stay because of all the snow. Its a very beautiful home and had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed that each of our three couples had their own ensuite bathroom in the king bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

An easy 5 minute drive to Alyeska for skiing. The house was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen, sizable bedrooms, lovely living space upstairs and breathtaking mountain views. We would absolutely rent this house again!

Clean, modern and spacious. I loved that our entire group of 8 could sit at the dining room table for dinner and games. Large, well appointed kitchen was great to prepare our Asian themed pot luck. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements.

This is a 6 star property! Perfect for small groups. Every bedroom has a full bathroom and king bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with outstanding appliances and items. Vaulted ceilings, lots of windows, large balcony with gas fire pit, sauna. Will definitely stay here again!

Impeccable property! We loved the location, the furnishings and amenaties, and the attention to details! Host was reaponsive and helpful, cleaning staff did an amazing job, and the beds were comfortable! The only addition I could have really used were some absorbant kitchen towels for the dishes we handwashed, as well as some napkins or paper towels.

Amazing property and stay! Perfection.

House was beautiful. Everything we needed was there, immaculate, gorgeous. Location was secluded enough but accessible to everything. Literally blew our minds. Wish we could stay longer, but we will be back! Perfect central location for activities in Anchorage and Seward!

Family Reunion-Vacation

The house was perfect for our large family (very spacious)! The house was clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed! The beds were comfortable (which I appreciate), and we took advantage of the sauna! And the view was amazing! We were only there one night, but wished we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful Home and Even More Beautiful Views!

As soon as we pulled into the driveway, we were sad to be staying only one night. As soon as we walked in, we didn't want to leave. The house is incredibly clean and it was perfect for our us and our adult children. We want to come back to Girdwood just to stay in the house again! If it's available for your stay...book it!

Wonderful property, great owner communication

Property is beautiful and very nicely appointed. Beds are great. Property was spotless when we arrived. Sauna was a big hit for a couple of us. Owner was quick with replies for the minor questions that came up. Owner provided an online website for the property as well, which was very helpful.

Fantastic! Easy check in & check out. Fun for kids with the games, video station, bunk beds. Everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen was great to cook with plenty of room for all of us to prep. Quiet area. The sauna and fireplace were used everyday. We ran to a place close by where there’s a mini hike to a waterfall. Would definitely stay there again!

This was the nicest house we've ever rented. It's spacious, modern and well equipped. The game console was the highlight for our grandkids! We like this house so much that we were sad that we had to leave. This host was the most informative an communicative I've ever worked with; his digital guidebook was awesome! This house would be great for families or groups & is well equipped for ski season as well as for our summer rental. Sadly, we didn't have time to use the sauna, but that would be a real treat after a day of skiing!
