Sofa can be used as an extra bed in case number of people exceeds 4. The sofa offers the possibility of sleeping for up to 2 additional persons on two separate beds (dimensions of each 80x180 cm) or one large surface (260x180 cm), depending on the guest's needs. Since we live in the apartment house, will meet you personally, present you the apartment and provide you useful information about destination and the local attractions.

We offer bed linen and bath towels changing on weekly basis through a handover.

The final price includes all expenses: taxes, final cleaning, bed linen, bath towels and water / energy consumption costs. Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and parking for 2 cars are for free. No hidden costs.

Damage deposit is 200 € and it is paid on site upon arrival, in cash only. Damage deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the apartment.

• Check-Out from 7:00 - 10:00
• No smoking inside the apartment
• Sorry, no pets allowed
• The noise is not permitted. For reasons of tranquillity, apartment will not be rented to large groups of youngsters or groups which intend to organize parties or events.
• Quiet hours: 23:00 - 8:00. The outdoor patio cannot be used overnight, during quiet hours.
• All guests are kindly asked to respect our property, equipment and neighborhood. Please, leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, tidy and undamaged.
• Save the water and electricity and separate the waste. All electrical appliances (TV, air-conditioning, etc.) must be turned off when guests are not present in the apartment.
