This was a great place to stay and very comfortable. It was close to everything we wanted to see in Acadia National Park and the town was cute with good restaurants. I wish we could have stayed longer!!!

This was such a charming and wonderful place to stay. Beals restaurant was fantastic and an awesome casual coastal lobster gem for the area. The kitchen is well stocked too! The hosts are fantastic

Immaculately clean and amazing location! Thoughtful layout with everything we needed - and a well stocked kitchen! Easy parking and short walk into town. We so enjoyed our stay and were able to do some hiking in Acadia and see all the incredible fall colors! We appreciated the information Ed provided and the binder of suggested places to explore and dine! Dinner and a movie at the Reel Pizza Cinerama in Bar Harbor - so fun! The photography artwork in the rooms by the owner was really beautiful as well. Thank you thank you for a perfect family getaway!

This condo is great: well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding with an abundance of pillows and blankets as well as great bath linens. The place is bright, airy and charmingly decorated. The location right on Main St. SW Harbor offers the advantage of walking to shops and restaurants. While traffic is heavy, the noise did not disrupt our stay including sleep at night or reading on the deck during the day. Enjoyed our stay and plan to book again.

LOVELY apartment! Clean, well-stocked (Ed thought of everything!), and very convenient for exploring Mount Desert Island. We even walked for dinner during our stay. That was the best place! Totally recommend it if you’re going to Bar Harbor or Acadia park. I couldn’t complain about a single thing. 4 travelers, 2 night stay. Great quick vacation.

This property is in an ideal location in Southwest Harbor for walking to restaurants, shops and the harbor. There is a lot of onsite parking. The unit is very clean and has everything needed for a short term stay. The kitchen is very well equipped. Good heat and AC too although we did not need the latter. Ed is a very responsive host and always replied within minutes.

Nice spot for 5 adults. We liked being on the “quiet side” at the end of the each day. Place was really clean and nice extras like plush Kleenex and toilet paper, choices of coffee pods, etc. easy parking and close to the little shop/eat area. Only note is the street noise - cars driving by. We noticed it less on night two - so you do get used to it. Good spot!

Wonderful stay in Southwest Harbor! The location is perfect as it is away from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor but yet close enough to Acadia National Park. The place was very clean with plenty of free parking.

Great location with easy travel to Bar Harbor and Acadia. So glad to be in Southwest Harbor, which is much less busy. This unit is easily walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. Could not ask for more of this unit. So grateful to have laundry and dishwasher and full oven/ stove. Incredibly well stocked with all the amenities that you could need. Beds were comfortable. Nice towels. Great water pressure. You can enter from stairs in the back or from ground level in the front. Nice sized deck in the back from which you can watch the boats in the water. Parking is close, right outside. Very clean. No weird smells. All the extras you could think of such as umbrella, backpack, fan, coffee pods. Incredibly responsive and accommodating host. Plus the decor was really cute and appropriate to the area. Strongly recommend. 10/10

Perfect Maine Stay

This property was perfect for our family of five! Comfortable beds and everything was very neat and clean. Would not hesitate to book this place again! It was so helpful to have laundry detergent provided, as well as things like ziplock baggies. It's the little details that makes places so nice to stay in! The only thing to add would be an electric water kettle for the tea drinkers.

Weekend getaway for Acadia

The rental was outstanding. Clean, conveniently located, close to downtown Southwest Harbor restaurants and stores, but just a couple blocks down the street so it was nice and quiet. Great, convenient parking right behind the building.Helpful, fun information from the host, along with outstanding communication from the host Ed.We loved this place and would highly recommend it for anyone heading to the Acadia area or just looking for nice getaway.Thank you!

The apartment was immaculately clean. It had so many thoughtful touches. The beds and sheets were super comfy. I appreciated the fans and ac units because they helped keep us cool and very comfortable. Overall it was an excellent experience.
