Fee for Not Returning Apartment Access Cards
We also ask that you please return all access cards in good condition at checkout. We have a card replacement fee of AED 550 per card if you do not return the card to us, damage it, or lose it. We have this policy because we are charged a replacement fee by the building security.

If you are using our free underground parking space, there are two parking cards we need to have returned: One card is for vehicle entrance to the underground parking. A second card is for entrance into the building from the underground. A replacement fee of 1000 AED per card applies if you do not return it to us, damage it, or lose it.
